《中国超越》是作者走访百国后的第三本思考型著作,在《中国触动》和《中国震撼》的基础上,作者探讨了中国对以美国为代表的西方和西方模式的超越,包括在经济总量、百姓资产、社会保障、科技创新、制度安排等领域的超越。在这些领域中,中国在不少方面已经超越了美国,在许多方面不久将超越美国,在另外一些方面,通过继续不断的努力,最终也可能超越,而其中最有意义的,无疑是中国的制度安排,也就是政治制度方面的超越。此外,作者还从“文明型国家”的视角,探讨了中国话语对西方话语的超越,解释了中国道路、中国模式和中国制度安排及其背后的理念,论证了中国许多做法的深层次的合理性。

作者简介:
张维为,复旦大学特聘教授、复旦大学中国发展模式研究中心主任、上海社会科学院中国学研究所所长、春秋研究院资深研究员。曾在上海当过三年工人。复旦大学外文系毕业,日内瓦大学国际关系硕士、博士。曾任牛津大学访问学者、日内瓦外交与国际关系学院教授、日内瓦大学亚洲研究中心高级研究员和国内多所大学的兼任教授。上世纪80年代中期曾担任邓小平和其他中国领导人的英文翻译。走访过100多个国家。主要著作有《邓小平时代的意识形态与经济改革》(英文)、《改造中国:经济改革及其政治影响》(英文)、《重塑两岸关系的思考》、《中国震撼:一个“文明型国家”的崛起》、《中国触动:百国视野下的观察与思考》等。
