unreadable. written at a second grade readong level, most will struggle to get through more than a few pages. It is entirely possible that the entire book was written by a bot.
Useful Info. I'm glad I spent the time to read this book. I've been trying low carb diets for the past 18 months and have had some success but not lasting success. In fact, I have gotten frustrated and not only gained all of my weight back but gained an additional 15 pounds. There are several new things I have learned from this book that I will try and hopefully have long lasting success. The book was well organized and well written.
Many Grammatical errors. This author seems to be giving advice, which seems sound, but many of the types of grammatical errors suggest that English is not the author’s first language. This book is not for someone who wants to discover if a ketogenic diet is right for them. This seems to be written for a person who has already made up their mind that they want to do this, and wants advice on how to do it, without a sufficient explanation about why. It is a quick read, so there is no real risk.

Your knowledge source as beginner for Keto diet. This a very concise book that gives you almost all required information about Ketogenic diet. It’s well written in a fairly understandable language for a lay person. The author takes your hand from being a novice person to sit you in the intermediate level of knowledge about Ketogentic diet. It will tell you what you should do before start, during the diet, and once you achieved ketosis. after reading this book you would be able to set your plan and go happily in the weight losing journey. Although this is so strightforword and beneficial book, it only gives you the general rules without indulging you in a forest of information about food plans. This is what I liked about it as there are several resources to get that. However, I still think the author should add a one or two weeks food plans to make it a fair resource for the beginners. Finally, I really enjoyed reading this book as result of the its simplicity and using a lay language. I would thank the author and apple book for making it a free source of knowledge about Keto diet especially for someone know who doesn’t know which book he/she start to read in this topic.
