Chosen. Another wonderful book in the series. I'm never disappointed.

One of the Best. This book was a tough one to get through. So many emotions. So much fighting amongst people who genuinely love each other. It actually hurt a little to read. Qhuinn was an absolute douche through most of the book, but he managed to redeem himself in the end, mostly. He better keep that 🤬 up, though. Another ending that lead to tears. The books are certainly getting better as the series progresses.

Best one yet!. Made me laugh & cry!

Oh Wow!!!. Okay let me just say I am a BDB junkie!!! I love this series and I love this book even more. This book is fill with every imaginable twist and turn. Layla's growth is just heartwarming! People you need this book in your collection!!! Can't wait for the next one!

Disappointing. So it took me 4 months to finish this book and even that was a struggle. I swear I could not understand anyone’s decisions. Xcor was the only good thing about this book. He is the only reason this book is getting 3 Stars. The main thing that upset me about this book is the complete personality switch in Qhuinn. This book made me hate him a little and I can not forgive the author making me hate one of my favorite characters. The flashbacks were the only parts I liked.

I hate that I can only give this book 5 stars!. I LOVE all the BBD series books but I think this one is my favorite so far, by far. Please never stop writing Ms. Ward. I could not put it down and finished it in two days. Seriuosly it was awesome and I am about to read it again to make sure I did not miss a thing…So good. This book needs like 50 stars!

A Review. I've waited and waited for this installment and I was not disappointed. The Warden always delivers. Layla has been one of my favorite females since she showed up way back in the old days, and her story made me feel so much. I can't wait for The Thief!!

Finally!!. I have to say it was totally worth the wait in the end. I cried, laughed, was turned on, was on edge and of course wasn't able to put it down for 2 days straight. This was actually one of my favorite out of all the BDB books. I can't wait for the next one. Thank you for your amazing books J.R. Ward, I was so worried you were going to pull a George R.R. Martin on me for a moment or two.

Rose. Best writer ever. She write it I buy it. The Brother's have been a part of me from the beginning. You feel like your in the room with each one,each conversation . I've read all of them . So hope this isn't the of the brother hood. Have read all you book. Except for the last four at the end of this book . But I know that I can start the BLACK DAGGER BROTHER from the beginning and enjoy. It,s the kind of write & series that can write over again

Worth Waiting For. As alway problems are resolved and smoothed out, but there is always drama in-between to make the happy ending a little less pat. There was more laugh out loud parts in this story that has been missing in most of the series. I like it, and I like the emotional development of the characters. Truly a well deserved happy ending.

Amazing!!!!. Truly amazing!!! Loved every minute!!! Actually it was also a kind of torture because I do not know if I should thank the warden from giving me more Vishous or hate her for teasing me!!!! I love V and Jane and now I have to wait till 2018 to see what happens!!!

Not a favorite; too many unresolved plot lines and a rushed HEA. This was one of my least favorite BDB books. Too many characters and unresolved story lines resulted in too little substance for me. It felt like a filler book with a convenient HEA thrown in at the end. Excor's transition from villain to "good guy" rang hollow. This is the first time I've ever written a negative BDB review; very disppointed.

The best book. It’s like they saved the best for last. This was full of action!! So much drama. I loved every bit of it . I am so interested in following up on certain characters and their choices. Wow !!

Best of the series!. Fantastic book! I couldn’t put it down. Many of its prequels led up to this interesting and passionate tale of fascinating characters and unpredictable plot developments. A little too cheesy and unrealistic of a happy ending, but well worth the ride.

The Chosen. Huge fan on the series - this one was the roughest to read - part is the ending could have been introduced earlier. The harsh situation with Quinn was awkward .. I had to push myself through - I am looking forward to more of course
