Needs an update. Doing OK until I reached the point where we actually try to make changes to the default. Then it seems like Xcode or swift had changed too radically from what was being described. I don’t have a storyboard in my navigator, and couldn’t figure out the equivalent way to follow in my Xcode. That makes it pretty hard to use! Needs to be updated to current Xcode and swift.

Required reading for xCode Beginners. This is the first step to making apps, the hottest trend in tech as of March 2017. At least, until AI takes over! Thank you for this free eBooklet. Am teaching myself Swift language on YouTube with a Mr Ryan who sounds British.

Wonderful introduction into the world of Xcode.. I learned alot from reading this book. It gives simple examples explained well.

Teaches you nothing. This an introductory book for someone that has never used Xcode before. Doesn’t actually teach you how to make a usable app.

My First App, quite literally.... Overall, the language is friendly, and adequately provides a basic path to creating a basic app. I reccomend this book to everyone with zero experience in XCode/Swift.
