Lighter on substance than desired. This was a good book and I’m happy I read it. I found there to be a strong reliance on quotes from everyday people, some of which were useful while others were repetitive. There were strong correlations to alcoholism and other dependencies, which didn’t apply as well to my life. Perhaps it is not my reading style. The conclusions of the book are good, and worth reading, and will probably forgo a second read.
One of the best. This is one of the best books I have read on Codependency. It’s helping me in my recovery. I am so blessed because of this book.
