Bed and Breakfast. Ms Larsen has the ability to play with words that, at times, makes me feel like I need to rest before continuing my trek through the winding road. Not at all boring but delightfully verbose with an almost lilting melodic quality to it. Fiona’s series of fact-finding adventures start with anticipation for high drama, followed by discovery or confession by the person of interest, who then leads her to the next person of interest. The process repeats and the investigation keeps rolling. The final discovery is completely unexpected. Who would have guessed!

Slow to start .... But a fantastic read! Great story and I am looking forward to reading the series. Fee is a fun character and Petunia oh how fun!

Bed and breakfast and Murder. Absolutely LOVE Fee Fleming and Petunia!!!! I read this book in one day. I laughed out loud, held my breath, cried, and had a wonderful time reading "Bed and Breakfast, and Murder". I loved all of the characters with the exception of the bad guys lol. Cant wait to read books 2 and 3.

Great Book. This book almost has it all. It’s an enjoyable read and I loved all the twists and turns in the plot. Never, ever would I have figured out the mastermind. And, I read a lot of mysteries. What it doesn’t have is Fiona involved with some hunky guy. Maybe in another book!

love hate relationship. giving a 3.5 ⭐️ main character is extremely self centered. zero acknowledgement for any character that helps her which is low key frustrating —- but I still think I’m going to read the next book in the series. A cozy (slow burn?) mystery with a plot twist I was no expecting that kept me hanging on!

Bad. If you can get past horrible Chapter 1…The Crapper Suggest writing for a bit more formal audience with better formed and focused thoughts and sentences. The rambling mid- sentence got quite tedious. Quit mid chapter 2

Fun read!. This was my first Fiona Fleming book and I enjoyed it! The mix of real people, humor & mystery was just right for an easy, enjoyable read and the mystery killer was a total surprise!!

Bed and Breakfast and Murder. I’ve not read any of the Patti Larsen’s previous work. Not into sci-fi or her other genres. So I read this without any preconceptions. This was so much fun to read I found myself laughing out loud! Fiona’s narration and thoughts about herself, the “case” and Petunia are so real and humorous. I look forward to Fi’s next adventure.

B&B. One of the best murder mysteries I have read in a very long time!! Kept me on the edge of my seat throughout and the surprise at the end rocked my world!

I always said my ShihTzus are Pugs with long hair that don't shed! Love our furbabies so much! Loved your book....Fiona needs to realize she is not immortal!! Enjoyed it very much!

Bed and breakfast and Murder. I liked the plot which only developed in the last few chapters. A better story would develop the plot earlier and spread it out over a couple of chapters. Too much attention was given to the family backstory which should have been more succinct. A couple chapters were basically the same. Fiona mad at her dad/dad mad at Fiona. The backstory was not that difficult to grasp. Some of the sentence structure was awkward. I was looking to start a new series but I won’t buy the next book.

I read cozy mysteries at bedtime so that I'm not plagued with bad dreams , and so it doesn't matter if I fall asleep but not with this tale of twists , turns and occasional giggles I am now severely lacking sleep and didn't predict the ending . I do predict reading anything else by this brilliant author starting with the next in this series. Thank you Patti Larsen
