Fantastic Book. I’ve read many ebooks on mortgages and paying off debt, I found this to be the best. Great advice!
Authors opinions only - Not Facts. This author says that people who get a VA loan can not really afford the mortgage they are getting and she would rather choose a conventional loan for the person buying her house rather than the VA applicant. Had she known that a conventional loan offer would come through she would have not accepted the VA loan applicant.
