Great Story!!. Kyle Coleman is back in his hometown to buy a piece of property at an auction for his mom. His mom has always dreamed of owning her own bakery and event center. Elle Fisher is at the same auction to buy the same property to expand the grocery story which is her dream. Kyle wins the property but at what cost. 10 years ago Elle told Kyle to get out of her life, now he wants nothing more than to have Elle back in his life permanently. Kyle is ready to go after his dream. Carly Phillips & Erika Wilde are fantastic together. The next book can't come fast enough!!

Good second chance love story. Kyle and Ella's story is a great second chance romance story. They were high school sweethearts, when a family problem ripped them apart. Kyle left town and never looked back. As time past, he knew he should have gone and made things right with Ella, but too much time had passed. When he returns to town and takes the one thing Ella wants more than anything, he knows that he will have to face her. Kyle and Ella have a unique chance at love again. They realize they have never loved anyone else like they've loved each other. Can they overcome the distance between them and build something to last? I liked the book and love this group of characters. I was glad to see some of the characters from the other books in the series make an appearance. This is a great group of friends. Can't wait for the next one!

ARC for honest review with no compensation Well Built is another well written book in the Book Boyfriend series by Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde, which can be read as a standalone. You cannot go wrong with reading this second chance romance book and the others in this series! ! ! Ella Fisher and Kyle Coleman were high school sweethearts but when Kyle decided to leave their hometown for college and a better life, he wanted Ella to come with him but they had bitter words that could not be taken back and he left…alone. Now 10 years later, Kyle has returned a very wealthy real estate developer and wants to purchase a building beside the grocery store Ella’s family owns. He knows Ella is bidding on the same building BUT…she doesn’t know he wants it too. Sparks fly when at the auction she sees Kyle for the first time in 10 years…not only does she not get the building that she wants for herself to expand with wares from the local merchants but she realizes she still has feeling for Kyle after all this time…and the feelings are mutual. Will they be able to repair the damage in their relationship from 10 years ago or will Kyle renovated the building for his mother and return to Chicago and go on with his life????

A great read!!!. This was such a fun sexy fill good read. The chemistry between Kyle and Ella is both intense and steamy from the beginning. Whether they were battling it out over some issues of the past, or heating it up between the sheets, these two just belong together. There were a few characters I wanted to smack upside their heads (mostly Ella's family) but one grew on me, and the other didn't really come around much. Add in previous character created by Carly and Erika, and this is perfect!! I would definitely recommend one clicking!

A great second chance at Love. I truly don’t know how they do this ….. it is my favorite of the series so far!!!! I loved everything about Kyle and Elle’s story. I loved seeing the “gang” appear and the razzing that always goes on. The scene in the parking lot kind made me laugh a little when he was running after her and was “stuck” LOL!!! But this book had everything I want…hot sex, a GREAT STORY, the connection you feel between the characters and returning friends. I even enjoyed the little Nolan and Claire part of the story. I love when I “FEEL” when I read these books and that happened so many times. I even turned the corner on my feelings for her father in the end. I cannot wait for Connor’s story. I received this ARC for an honest review. I TRULY LOVED EVERY PART OF THIS BOOK!!! This is a must buy book!!!

Great Read. ⭐️⭐️4.5 ⭐️⭐️ Well Built is the 3rd book in the series. This is a second chance romance between high school sweethearts. Kyle and Ella haven't seen each other in ten years and reunite in this one! I really liked setting of the story it gives a small town feel. The chemistry between Kyle and Ella was so good and very sexy! I love how she incorporates the other characters from the first two books in this one! I can't wait for Connor's love story!

Second Chance for love. I loved reading Well Built, another hit for co-authors Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde. These two are among my favorite authors and among the most talented writers in Romance Land. Combining their voices created a strong story, with characters that not only have compassion and empathy but also depth. I have to say that this book is equal parts dirty and sexy, with some extra fun thrown in, all which benefits by the combining of their voices. I highly recommend this book to all readers. This book is definitely hot and sexy, but is also a second chance at love for high school sweethearts Kyle and Ella. Both are the good child, at least in comparison to their siblings. Ella has dedicated her life to taking care of her father, giving up a life of her own. The question Ella has to decide is whether or not she can come to terms with loving Kyle and having the life she wants rather than continuing her care for her father and his dreams. I totally enjoyed reading this wonderful book and highly recommend this book to other readers. I truly cannot wait to see what to see what Carly and Erika have lined up next as they continue this co-authorship. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Hot Constructio Workers...Need I say more?. I have been waiting for Kyle's story! I love the Book Boyfriend series. Well Built can be read as a standalone just in case you have been unable to keep up with the series. But i suggest to back track to the beginning. You need more alpha book boyfriends in your life! Kyle and Ella's story was about never forgetting your first love. This book brought so many memories of all my firsts. I am a fool for love and was hopelessly rooting for Ella to let go of the "what If's" and would finally give Kyle a chance. We find out that they have a horrific history, but they were not to blamed. They still allowed series of events dictate their future. Now fast forward 10 years later and their chemistry cackles even louder! Oh my, I think I covered my eyes a time or three when Ella and Kyle were going at it hot and heavy in between the sheets. And up next we get to read Connor's story. My friends, Well Built gives you hot and sexy alpha men with tool belts. TOOL BELTS...CONSTRUCTION MEN, HOT AND SWEATY MEN! All that muscle that is described while they are reconstructing a new building was suppose to be sweet and innocent, but thoughts went into over drive! Well Built is drool worthy, swoon worthy, and all about a hot and sexy second chance story. I loved it from beginning to end! Carly and Erika make a great team to bring us our sexy romance dreams into words.

Loved Well Built.. Enjoyed this story that focused on Kyle of Premier Reality. A great renewed romance with challenges to overcome story. Kyle and Ella had a relationship 10 years ago that was destroyed by other family members. Ella still lives and helps her dad who is in poor health. Kyle returns to the town to help his mom develop a business which is next door to Ella's. Can they renew this relationship? Read this Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde book to find out. They make a great writing team!

Awesome second chance romance!!!. This is a fantastic second chance romance that features Kyle Coleman and Ella Fisher. Most of the story takes place in the small town of Woodmont, Illinois, population 956. The circumstances of their break up were not about them but affected them nonetheless. He hasn't seen her in 10 years. Circumstances haven't changed much in 10 years and it's still impossible for them to be together. I understand the influence her ailing father has over her choices. All I can say is thank God for Betsy! These authors really work magic with their characters and story lines. They are amazing on their own and just as incredible writing together. I look forward to ANYTHING either author releases.

Fun second chance at love story!. Kyle Coleman and Ella Fisher were high school sweethearts until one fateful night when their siblings caused their world to come crashing down. Kyle left Woodmont, IL ten years ago, broke and determined to make something of himself. Now living in Chicago, Kyle is a part owner of Premier Realty with his 3 best friends, and a successful multimillionaire. After that fateful night, Ella dropped her dreams of college and took over running the family grocery store since her father was unable to. Now that the old building next door to the grocery story has finally gone up for sale, Ella has plans of buying that building and expanding the family store. Imagine Ella's surprise at the bidding sale when someone else also makes a bid on the building....none other than Kyle Coleman...the guy she still has never gotten over. She may have recently broken off an engagement to another guy, but her heart has always been with Kyle. Kyle knows he is crushing Ella's dreams, but he has plans of his own....he want to fulfill his mom's dream of owning a bakery and an event center. In the beginning there was some fun sparring between these two. It was obvious that the chemistry between these two was still strong. When Ella tries to convince Kyle that he should sell her the building that is when the fun begins! Car trouble, stuck in Chicago, Kyle's place....etc....it didn't take long for these two to give in to their feelings. Afterwards, Ella lets Kyle know that their hookup has to be a one time thing because her father couldn't handle her being with a "Coleman boy" and she couldn't risk his health any more. Of course this doesn't last long and soon they are sneaking around like they did back in high school. Eventually problems arise and all hell breaks loose. It takes some long and hard soul searching for these two to finally make it back to their happy ending, but they finally do. I just adore these characters. Kyle was just a perfect dream man...exactly what someone would want in a guy. Ella had a hard time standing up to her dad because she was always the "good" daughter and this caused her to really end up putting her life on pause. Once she stood up for herself you just wanted to tell her...way to go Ella! Overall this was a great, second chance story of two characters who never really gave up the thought of the other, even 10 years later.

HOT Second Chance Romance. WELL BUILT is billed as a second chance story with animosity and forbidden love (Yes, pleeeze!!!), so I was psyched for passionate verbal skirmishes followed by even more fiery physical “tussles”. It delivered on the latter, but not so much the former. Usually a second chance romance where a harsh breakup caused the couple to purposely avoid each other for 10 yrs. would be contentious and require a lot of explaining and groveling. Frankly, the back and forth animosity that creates tension and usually ends with some explosive sexy times is my favorite part. So I was surprised that this was missing here. The early, quick, almost polite resolution left me confused and extremely needy. Although I can’t say that for the couple. They did get their smexxy on many times, which did not leave any of us feeling needy except to want more of that hotness. I had a tough time connecting to the main characters. Maybe that was due to the book synopsis, which described Ella as sassy and smart-mouthed. Unless my definition is completely different, I found her neither. Quite the opposite, in fact. She was a mass of contradictions that kept me constantly trying to get a read on her. One moment she was in a mousey panic and the next bold and brazen. It was frustrating. Kyle. Oh Kyle. He, too, was a contradiction. He certainly had his sweet moments that sucked me in and had me believing he was at last reformed. Then BAM! Out burst an alpha comment or move that destroyed all his previous goodness. I have absolute zero tolerance for Neanderthals, and he definitely had that “You woman. Mine.” thing going on half the time. I’m a picky reader when it comes to heroes, so I fully expect my opinion to be in the minority. If alphas are your crack, you’ll love him. While not my favorite of The Book Boyfriend series, Well Built is a good contribution to the series and well worth the read. I enjoyed seeing the main characters from the previous books and look forward to Conner’s story. A hero who prefers relationships to hookups is unusual and refreshing. I can’t wait to see where the authors take his story. 3.5 stars

Well Built. Cute story but it was rushed. It would have been wonderful if we could have been a part if week two to 3 months.

WEll Done. LOVED this story!! It’s a classic love story of young love, family drama, small town vs. big city! Kyle and Ella were in young, in love and had a future planned. Then tragedy struck in their families and they were torn apart. Fast forward ten years and fate, in the form of an old, dilapidated building, brings them back into each others lives. The passion is still there, but old issues, as well as some new ones, continue to keep them apart. I knew from the beginning that Kyle was going to be one of my favorites. He isn’t cocky, he isn’t a player...he’s actually hesitant about hurting Ella yet again. But it’s for his mother!! Who doesn’t love a man who takes care of his mother! Ella was the good daughter. She stayed. She never really got over the loss of Kyle (who could?) but she tried. Thankfully the engagement was cancelled and she pushed on. Kyle brought out the passionate side of Ella and made her wish for more. She wasn’t initially strong enough to stand against her family but could his love and support make the difference? This story had the passion, the heat, the emotions and was just a fun read. Plus we get a little glimpse of past couples, although if you haven’t read the other stories, it doesn’t affect this story at all. It’s just a neat little twist for those of us who devour these authors. I cannot wait to meet the girl who steals Connor’s heart in the next story!!! Bravo Carly and Erika!!!!

A sexy sweet read!. A sexy reunion with another of the Premier Realty hotties! You'll recognize Kyle and his partners Connor, Wes & Max if you read either of the previous books in the series. I loved the sweet interaction between Kyle and Ella, and felt their past was explained well. Happy to see them get their happily ever after! Heading back to his hometown of Woodmont, Illinois to work out a surprise for his Mom puts Kyle Coleman smack dab in the middle of Ella Fisher's life again. She is the one that got away, the one he's never forgotten, the one that is forbidden. Ella's family responsibilities have been weighing her down for 10 years now, and she's dying for some relief ... even if it's only temporary, sinfully sexy relief!
