Mr. Big Shot. This was such an exciting and fun read! Sometimes a book can take you on a mini vacay…this book certainly accomplishes that! Gotta love the alternating perspectives! What a lovely love letter penned for the reader…I’m already imagining this as a movie and yes! Going to read the next adventures!!! ♥️

Mr Big Shot. Enjoyed reading it. I was hoping for payback to the In-laws, but it didn’t happen. I also wanted to know about his sister and the baby. A lo was left out, but a lo was left in. I give it 4 1/2 stars

Absolutely Awful. I have no idea how SE Lund is published. The writing is so bad. It was chapter after chapter of the same topic on repeat. The writing is juvenile. It is so bad. I skimmed and skipped entire chapters. To think this is a series gives me a headache.

Mr. Big Shot. I have read Lund's Unrestrained and Bad Boy series, but Mr. Big Shot is a different type of romance from her. It is a romantic comedy with a little bit of angst/drama, and I liked it! I liked the meet-cute, the characters, the whole storyline and the HEA. This is a perfect, light beach read for the summer!

Me. Big Shot. Writing seemed repetitive. For the ages they represented, the characters seemed immature in their actions and verbal responses.

Quite terrible. This book was not easy to finish! The writing style is quite amateurish and really choppy. There is no character development or scene development. The most important scenes are brushed over and little to no explanation/ action is written. The most annoying thing is extreme levels of repetition. This book could have been finished in 1/4th of its length if the repetition was removed. I would be very happy if I don’t ever have to read the term “earn a cool billion” because it’s used so many times by everyone in the book. The author is reminding us constantly that the guy’s ex cheated so he is jaded for marriage. We got this the first time - no need to write this in the guy’s POV, woman’s POV, explaining to friend 1 and 2, explaining to 4 family members separately. There was no problem arc in this book that would have pushed the two leads together. The angle of deranged ex was used but was easily resolved via a restraining order with no actual harm/threat to the female lead. Overall, it was a very disappointing and underwhelming book. Won’t be reading any more of this series.

Mr. Big Shot for real!. This book takes a different path from Ms. Lund’s other books..less erotic, more humor but still well written and enjoyable.

Mr. Big Shot. First time reading this author. Not sure why it had a lot of 5 Stars. I found it just OK, nothing new.

Did not disappoint!. Excellent book. One I could not put down. You cheered for Alexa and Luke as they made it passed each hurdle and obstacle. Hopefully, Candace or John will have a story to tell.

More like 3 and a half. A little repetitive. A little slow. But every time I wanted to stop reading something would happen that made me continue. There’s a solid story there but the repetition makes it a little difficult to see the story progress. That being said I—somehow—still enjoyed it. But I don’t see myself revisiting like I do with most books.

Drinking game. Take a shot every time the phrase ‘a cool billion’ is written and you’ll get alcohol poisoning.

Not good. The writer keep repeating the same things over and over again. It sounded shallow and very upsetting reading. I would not Recommend it

Quick Read. Very predictable and too many spelling and grammar errors for more than 3 stars. However, a light and easy read.

❤️. Fab book shame it's a standalone novel, as I felt it was left open at some points i would have be intrigued to read more from them and to find out more about the sister and her cheating husband!

Just....No!. Why did everything get repeated so much, really irritating.....had to skim over 3/4 of this book 👎

Ok. This book started out strong but then let’s you down. It’s almost like the author thought the book was too long so went back and cut out chunks of the book. Their are sections that drag on and then there’s a chapter where absolutely everything happens. 3/4’s of this book is a backwards and forwards between the two main characters about how they shouldn’t/can’t be together and then in the last quarter, she’s dropped all of her goals and ambitions to be with him. Was nice to see a lead lady with some solid life goals until she of course gave it up for ‘love’.

Ok. Was a bit repetitive, and the ending was finished off like an afterthought. Didn’t think it was worth purchasing next in series. Anticlimactic.

The Mr. Big Series. Love the strong characters that propel the story through the hills and valleys of events and emotions emoted by the storyteller. Can not wait to read the next instalment. Kudos Ms Lund. J Holmes

Waste of time. I wish I could give this book zero stars. Terrible storyline with choppy writing and no real climax. Character are shallow and conflicts fickle. Very boring and predictable. It was very difficult to finish.
