I wish this was better written. I read a LOT of romance/erotica books; probably around 1 a day. This book was so difficult to read, I couldn't finish it. The characters are compelling and the general story is good, so I *wanted* to finish it. But the writing is so stiff and unnatural, it feels like listening to the worst actors. Tantrums that make little sense, timeline hopping to fix plot holes, repetition, voice change... it's rough. Again, the idea is decent, and if someone along the way had helped organize the thoughts and smooth out the jarring, stilted dialogue, this could have been fantastic. As is, it is extremely difficult for me to enjoy reading.

Awesome and riveting!!. This book kept you interested from the beginning with its storylines. There was a mix of romance and the obstacles that come with that as well as a view into the very real issue of PTSD- both that of military service members and those violated in the civilian world. Highly recommend this read!!!

Great read!. A good story line that catches your attention. I enjoyed how the main characters had their circle of friends and you get a glimpse at the other characters story. Just enough to pique your interest into their own story. This one caught my attention and couldn’t put it down.

Great love story!. It’s always wonderful to read a love story full pf ups and downs that always make your heart race. Braden and Skye are great example of a wonderful love story.

Written in robot. I got 5 pages in and just couldn’t go on. Run on paragraphs and dialogue that seems like it came from a robot. Glad it was free.

Beautiful love story. Skye and Braden's love story was a great read. It felt natural and is something that happens even today. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I can't wait to see how the story of Faith and Caige come about!!

Catchy. Fast paced, but really a good story line. The characters are likable, drawing you into their lives. Interested in finishing the series.

Oh god. Absolutely awful lol. Good story line ruined by absolute rushed crap. Unrealistic lines constant cheesy paragraphs that people would never say and if they did they wouldn't say it that quick or that often. I'd actually like to read the next story but I can't bring myself to go through another book cringing. Oh and Skye was an absolute brat
