The club's unofficial leader, a man who calls himself Oliver Stone, discovers that someone is selling America to its enemies one secret at a time. Then Annabelle Conroy, the greatest con artist of her generation, comes to town and joins forces with the Camel Club for her own reasons. And Stone will need all the help she can give, because the two murders are hurtling the Camel Club into a world of espionage that is bringing America to its knees.

Filthy. I have read many of Baldacci’s books. I quit this one after repeatedly skipping chapters again. And again. Finally stopped reading and wrote this review. Too bad. Gambling Man was also objectionable. No more Baldachi books for me.

Collectors. Brilliant!

Amazing Book. I loved the storyline and how it will bleed in to the next book.

iBook formatting problem. But a good story. I enjoy the character of Oliver Stone (John Carr) and his Camel Club buddies. But it's annoying that the first 1-2 words of each chapter do not display in the iBook App, in Portrait Mode, on my iPhone 5s. I have to rotate the device to Landscape, page forward once, read the words, rotate back to my preferred Portrait orientation, and page backwards to finish reading each Chapters first sentence. I have not seen this issue with other iBooks by this author. So annoying...

Great series so far!. Started off slow but once it picked up it flew! A lot of twists and turns so pay attention to every detail! Enjoy!

Impossible to put away. Baldacci's turn pager style is unequaled. I don't read his books for literary value; I read him for his intense, hard to put away engrossing story telling. He draws the reader into the story and makes him feel the intensity and pace of the action. I can't wait to read the sequel!

The Collectors. David Baldacci. With the help of a beautiful con artist, Annabelle Conroy comes to the aid of the Camel Club after the murder of a rare books expert at the Library Of Congress. What unfolds is a tale with numerous threats on the Camel Club members including Annabelle who has actually become attached to them especially Oliver Stone who saved her life. An amazing read with an obvious sequel. Enjoyed Immensely !!! My highest recommendation!!

The Collectors. An excellent book, a page turner! Great characters and plot!

The Collectors. A good read that developed the threads at just the right pace. Complex enough to keep me figuring and people that were very believable. Still, my favorite mystery is The Winner! Thanks Sally

The collectors. Baldacci again delivers a twist and turn adventure. The ending is rather abrupt but ok, I always want the story to continue

The Collectors. This is the second book in this series.

Good Read. It was enjoyable to read. Got left hanging at the end. There should be a part 2, to finish it, the story deserves closure.

The Collectors. Not one of his best! Compared to his other great books this was boring.

Inconsistent. Something was weird about this book--a character was identified as being killed one way at some points in the book and a different way at other times. I searched multiple times and could find no explanation for this. Overall the book was good, but this was a big negative.

Colectors. Another great book....and the great characters....hard to put it down....really enjoyable

The Collectors. This is a great book! The Camel Club was ok, this is better, fast paced and The Con story line was the best! A Must Read if you like this writer. I can't wait to start reading Stone Cold.

The Collectors. It took too long to get exciting but once it did,I didn't want to put it down. I'm glad I didn't give up on it.

Im hooked. Great read!! Pay attention and keep up. This ride aint for wimps!
