Like always, a good read. Like always, a good read.

Annoying inaccuracies but good book. Most people don't know that the Nazi’s are Far Left not far Right, using the symbol of fascist with a far right group makes no sense. Far Right is maximum Freedom lol and swastika is clearly not attached to that. It's a fiction book I get it, but I like books that at least try and be factual around the fiction, it gives the book the feel that it could be real.

Die Trying. Huge fan of the Reacher series. This was my least favorite of the seven I have read. This and Echo Burning relied on too many white racist cliches, seems to be lazy in thought and in the writing. Could never get away with stereotyping people of color the way he does white people. The winds of political correctness blow through these books. Oh well, there are other good ones in the series to read!

Very good. Loved the plot line and the details. Hate it that he didn’t settle with Holly as they seemed well together. I just really enjoy an author who adds some depth in but is not overdoing it. I used to be James Patterson fan but his books have been becoming dull and storylines are uninteresting. Lee Child has me sold on this series!

Awful. Just awful.. I’ve read most of Lee Child’s books. Some great, most good. This was awful. I read a lot - maybe 100+ books a year. This was one of the worst books I’ve ever read. Let me save you time on the plot: Reacher accidentally kidnapped with a general’s daughter by a crazy militia. Then several hundred pages later, they escape/get rescued. Nothing else. Nothing. Can I rate this with 0 stars? How bad was this? I stopped reading with 3 chapters remaining. Not sure how I got that far.

Die Trying. Simple the best! My heart was pounding through the entire book....so I read really fast. Excellent. Lee Child is getting to be my favorite author.

Great Read. Tell your friends good.

nothing compared to earlier JR novels. unfortunately a very unsophisticated tale; especially for true Jack Reacher fans. Different lyrics, no surprises. Waste of time.

Lee Childs does it again. Always riveting. They can't be written fast enough for me. Lee Childs is brilliant and keeps this girl up all night and reading way too fast!!! Hope Jack Reacher lives long and tough. Keep them coming Lee!

Good. This book isn't one of those super deep books its very to the point which gives you a feeling of being there

Just good fun. Pure escapism.

Nn. N

The usual tense ride. Nothing else to say.

Don’t bother. The early Jack Reacher books were action packed and at least somewhat plausible. This one isn’t either action or plausible. I think Mr. Child is just slamming books out now for the money. Not for the art. Very disappointing.

Die Trying to believe, not!. Love Jack. Only it is unbelievable that these killers would not kill him in the first five minutes let alone the rest of the story. They killed the dentist without any hesitation. Jack being a big man would have been a greater threat. Then they don’t kill him at the barn, and again when they arrive at the compound. Enjoyed the writing, the inconsistencies in the story left me disappointed.

Story is good, execution is average.. His writing style is choppy for not being stream of consciousness, and his knowledge of small arms is poor.

Die Trying. thought the ending was too short, dispatched rather than tied together

Die Trying. This is not literature but good reading before going to sleep. A great escape book.

Exciting. A very exciting read. Keeps you on your toes. Scary and tearful moments. Love it! ❤️

Wow. That’s all I can say! Read it now.

Awesome. Another awesome jack reacher book

Die Tryingc. Pretty good read, but long winded. Lots and lots of extraneous detail and blah, blah. Not one of the authors best. Would probably have made a great book two or three hundred pages shorter. Seemed as if Child was getting paid by the word.

Good Read. There were some unnecessary details (in my opinion) that slowed down the action pace, but i understand they may have been necessary for people unfamiliar with certain weapons or aspects of the military. Still couldn’t put it down.

Die trying. After reading the first book in this series (Killing Floor) I was a bit depressed at how long it took this second Reacher story to grab me and make me want to keep reading. It starts slow and, at least for me, didn't pick up until 250 + pages into the book. Once pulled in to the story I found it ok. A fairly simple read, pretty easy to tell what was coming next, who did what... No surprises with a standard, maybe more below standard ending for this type story. Now I'm off to start the third Reacher story. Hoping for a bit more this time.

Can’t put it down..... Absolutely amazing writing. I am a hooked fan and will be moving through. The entire series with great interest. This series has me back to being an avid reader again. Kudos Mr. Child......

Raw Corn In Spots. Thus far on my Jack Reacher Journey this book is the weakest.

Not worth reading. Horrendous and incredulous story line. I am a former FBI agent and in no logical world would three agents armed with only six-shot revolvers attempt to rescue a person from over 100-armed militia personnel who mostly are armed with semi-automatic weapons. There are too many other incredulous plot lines to list or to waste my time exposing. Sadly, this is someone simply writing for a paycheck. In my opinion—not worth reading whatsoever.

Die trying. I absolutely didn't want to put this down. I just started reading lee's books and I don't want to stop. I'm starting tripwire tomorrow and I can't wait.

Too jumpy. I did not enjoy this second book nearly as much as the first (killing floor). Without warning the start of a chapter was an entirely different story that tied in much later. For many chapters the jumping back and forth without warning or reason made it difficult for me to keep my interest. I found myself plugging through mainly because I was into the book now and seen my way through it. Once nearly complete everything previous started to make sense which made the finish an easier read. I hope the third (trip wire) will be better.

Good story line, but…. So many tactical errors, why would you kill six guys and not grab their magazines if your running low? There’s much more on the tactical side but I’ll leave it.

Worth the Read. Great story. Love the plot. Definitely a fan of the series. There are few time throughout the story that descriptions drag on for multiple pages. One of the few things in my opinion that kept me from rating the book as a five.
