Lawyerly sarcasm. Love this book! Julie James does a great job of keeping your interest with sexual tension and it is well worth it. Very good book if you don't like graphic sex.

Tension Galore. Loved the tension between these two. The author did a fantastic job with the bantering. I had a hard time putting the book down and worth every penny.

amazing. this was the first julie james book i read, and it inspired me to buy all the rest—practically without even reading the synopses! the characters in practice makes perfect ring true and are relatable, the attraction is undeniable, and the tension and plot keep the story moving at a fantastic pace while not seeming contrived at all. everything is as it should be in this book. LOVE IT!!
