GREAT RESEARCH ON THIS CASE. ANNE IS NOT THE BEST WRITER IN THE WIRKD BUT THIS BOOK WAS A GREAT READ DUE TO HER EXTENSIVE RESEARCH ON THIS CASE. SHE TELLS THE STORY OF THE GREEN RIVER KILLER THROUGH HIS VICTIMS. IF YOU ARE A TRUE CRIME FAN YOU WILL ENJOY THIS BOOK.

One of Rule's Best. Everything about this unimaginable killing spree handled exactly as it should have been. Ann Rule provides the proper respect deserved to the victims, families and detectives. This book is hard to put down and impossible to quit because it does not waste anytime on politics and reminds us that evil is never justified and must always be hunted and stopped. Thank you for never blaming the victims nor their families and for supporting law enforcement.

Love her!!. Great book! I've yet to find one of her books that I DON'T like!!

Green River. It is a long read but worth it. Ann rule has a way to bring to life all the personalities in an event that has happened over a period of time. She has a unique way of moving back and forth between the victims and the killers own history. It was interesting to see how her life was a part of this very long investigation. I loved her honesty about herself. This is a book worth buying.

Not good. After slogging though about half of this book I am giving up. How she made this story boring is beyond me but she managed to do it. Do no waste your money.

Great read. Great read, great writer, highly recommend for avid true crime readers.

Green River. Highly recommend read.

Green River Running Red. Chilling to find that such a person managed or rather juggled so much horror against what appeared a normal life working full time, as well as keeping a wife & child, in what on the outside appeared to have a normal existence for over two decades before being caught, mostly due to the advances in forensics. More chilling is would he have ever been caught if not for determined & pain staking recording of information by many individuals involved in taskforce, as originally he seemed a most unlikely suspect.

Green River Running Red. Anne Rule is an excellent writer. The story is horrific and disturbing but is so very interesting. I found it hard to put the book down.

A must read for those into true crime. Well written, and well researched, this book covered more than 20 years work with the author following the case for that whole period of time - that's dedication! If you are after a true crime read that lays bare the reality of a serial killer while still maintaining dignity and respect for the victims, this book is definitely worth a read.
