What a good e-book should be. Yes, I know that this is a collection of blog posts but honestly it really plays well to the ebook medium. It is short, interesting and funny and gives what I can only assume is an accurate glimpse into the life of a "librarian."

Pretty sweet. Best free book that I've downloaded. I highly recommend it.

JPJ. This is a really stupid "book". It is not funny! It is not interesting! The author comes across as a petty, snide, wannabe. Don't bother even if it is free. I tried really hard to find something to like about it. That was a waist of time. He ends up sounding like the people he makes fun of.

Good. It's one of the most truthful books I've ever read, entertaining and funny!

Definitely a laugh out loud. This author articulates every person's mental dialogue of public interaction in a cynically comical way. 

Outstanding book. This is one of the funniest books that my eyes have ever witnessed. It proves that a book can be good to your wallet and bad for your pancreas because of the massive amounts of sweet in-your-face lines.

Light read. I didn't think library workers could use profanity, but this guy certainly finds a way to fit it in. He pretty much tells it the way he sees it and that's that. Pretty entertaining throughout.

Not funny. This book was boring uninteresting not funny or at all in any way shape or form readable

Nice to see a free book with great writing style.... I thoroughly enjoyed reading these short passages... I laughed aloud several times (and that doesn't happen very often with a lot of these free ebooks) Great writing style, and I love the rich colorful language. I will definitely reread randomly. Nice to know the author isn't completely full of himself as well. Humility is key to great cynicism. A quick note: I have had my fair share of many similar experiences that have been noted in this book although not necessarily in a library - serving the general public no matter where you work can be trying all too often... Kudos sir!

Easy read somewhat entertaining. It was a very easy read, pretty entertaining for the most part.

Good book. As stated, a good book, but short. it kept me busy for an hour though, so it wasn't that bad. I chuckled a few times.

A great read. This is the best free e-book I have ever had the pleasure of reading this book.

Easy and fun read. I am by no way a big reader and I mainly like my small and easy reads. This book is. Exactly that. I found it funny from start to finish and spent almost the whole time reading it with a big smile on my face. I would definitely rate this a brilliant book and for the fact it is free I cannot place a bad word on it. The author is a funny guy himself and the way he portrays other characters is hilarious at times. I especially love his small outbursts mid paragraph. I would definitely read any more of these blog type books from this author

Great read. I wasn't too sure what to expect when i first downloaded this e-book, but it turned out to be a thoroughly enjoying read. It had me laughing out loud on quite a few occasions. Definitely reccomended

Humour ?. Just started using iBooks and this was my first download. I know it's free but If this is the best free books has to offer I think I'll pass. The title says it all. It's just a bored librarians rant at the world. And not very funny. I rated it one star because I had to.

Very, very funny. An awesome book about the library and books in general. I highly recommend it if you are even slightly interested in books.
