Boi. This book is like eating fresh cheese out of the fridge; it always is a good hard chunk that you cannot put down, and you just wanna get deeper into it.

Leo. Leo is amazing and Piper is stupid

Great. It introduces us to new characters, but has barely any use of the old characters that we've gotten so used to. It's like a transition book, where the only thing it adds is some extra details, and maybe throws in some more characters.

I almost drowned in cheese. This book was so cheesy it was bad.I have a feeling Rick did not voluntarily do this.

❤️❤️❤️. I love this book. I couldn’t stop reading it. It had a good amount of pages because I usually finished books in a day or so, but this one took me a week! The Greek mythology was great. I Recommend. Definitely a must read , makes it a bit easier to understand Greek Mythology

Breathtaking. There is no way I will put this book down. My friend insisted that Piper was Calypso😹I insisted the opposite over and over

It won’t let me read the full book. It shows up in my library at the phonebook, but once I start reading it it will only let me read the first 50 pages or so.

Simple yet still Good. This book does it’s job fantastically. Sure, it had its dragging points and yes, there was one kinda annoying character, but its strong characters shone even more. It really kickstarts the series and leaves you wanting more. I love how Percy is missing because it really gives you a sense of urgency that the main hero, the guy who we relied on for the last series is gone. And it makes you want to know where he’s gone and the cliffhanger is going to for sure make you read the sequel. Great book, great characters. (Also the annoying character is Piper.)

All the books are AMAZING!!!!!!!. These books keep me up until like midnight reading! I can’t stop reading these books! Roirdan makes the books amazing, it feels like your in the moment they're in right now! I've read all of your seasons and hope a few more come out ( Not the trails of Apollo yet)

Piper.. I really liked all the characters and their personalities but it’s just one problem I have. Piper. Throughout the series, she develops a “I’m Not Like The Other Girls” trope and it gets really annoying. Don’t get me wrong, the book’s good but Piper is sort of a female dog. (Sometimes.)

RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. Reader or no. This book is absolutely incredible. I am a huge mythology fan and love to read Rick Riorden’s books. Believe it or not, I didn’t expect any more books or big twists in the Percy Jackson series, but The Lost Hero brings fantasy to a whole new level. I love it so much, I bought the digital and the physical copy so I could read it everywhere! I definitely recommend this book to everyone whether you are a reader or not. But, I warn you, you must read the Percy Jackson series before you read this one. Otherwise, the book won’t make any sense whatsoever. Now, stop reading reviews and get reading this book!

Di Immortals!!!!. This is the best series I have ever read. The books are amazing and I recommend you read all of them. If you are worried the original characters are not included, don't be. Just keep reading. Rick Riordan has a gift.

Love it. What I really like is how you made piper acts kind of like an Aries child (sorry auto correct it won’t let me say it right) Even though she’s a child of Aphrodite really cool. When I was little harry Potter series was good to me But it’s terrible that I think about it after I read The first Through third series (not to be mean to Rowling)

Must read!!. This series is a personal fav, beautifully written, but read Percy Jackson and the Olympians before you read this.

Good. Along with other reviews I agree that we all loved Percy Jackson and house whole story but I also love Jason, Leo and pipers story kind of colliding to where they left off after Olympus. So overall you just have to read it to see if you like it.

A Truly Amazing Book. This book is full of adventure and will make you feel like you might have powers too. Rick Riordan must have put so much time into making this and that’s evident because he has made all these references and words that make since with the book. Like characters in the book might say something like, “Holy Hera!” If they’re surprised. I think that is so cool, and I could never do that in any of the papers my mom makes my write for homeschool. I love the slang, but that’s not all, there is so much possibility in this book and so little flaws. (And I also love the way he does the chapters with the name of the chapter being the character’s name in the book, in their perspective). I just want to say thank you to Rick Riordan for giving us something to read/ listen to when we’re bored.

Great book! The suspense is real!. This book is really awesome! It is fun to see other characters' points of view, though I must say I really miss the iconic first person story telling from the last series. Also, I am super worried about Percy! I hate the suspense and simply cannot wait to read the Son Of Neptune! (Also, son of NEPTUNE! Seriously, does Percy really believe his dad is NEPTUNE, not POSEIDON. He needs to get his memory back, like now, before I get angry, and I haven't even read the book yet!)

It’s ok. I wasent very into the lost hero unlike Percy Jackson. The first book was amazing!!! But then the progress of the book slowed down. Sorry I would have to pick red pyramid or Percy Jackson over this series.

LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!. This book was GREAT! I love everything Rick Riordan has written! The new characters were great, I enjoyed the Roman side that was incorporated, I thought the plot was great, and I liked the new light Aphrodite and her children were put in. This book was just amazing!

Best. Book. EVAR!. Rick Riordan keeps getting better and better! This book was absolutely hands-down amazing. I loved how you introduced a whole new camp that was always hidden from Camp Half-Blood. This was an amazing twist. It was very interesting to learn about the roman gods along with the Greek gods. I would recommend this book to ANYONE who wants a good read.

Fun read!. I super loved this book and would recommend it for those who enjoyed the first series :) There’s a sense of familiarity with the Greek Mythology elements still heavily used in this book, but adding the Roman into the mix to add extra info and interest! Although it feels similar, story wise, to the first Percy Jackson book, there’s definitely major differences in plot that makes this all the more surprising and on the edge of your seat!
