Succeed. This was an enjoyable, easy and research based psychology book on principles of motivation improving the odds of achieving success. The book's insights into different personality styles affecting how people construe and work for success was helpful and extra fascinating to me. General ideas about parenting for success with children included the importance of competing for realistic goals, not between others but for the person him/herself, the vital impotence of working hard to improve and not just to show how smart one appears were among the insightful concepts.
