Smart sweet and funny. Great movie references, lovable characters

Attachments. What fun to read!!

Cute and more relatable. The dialogue and build up to the romance was more realistic than other novels. You naturally began to root for certain characters.

Hilarious. I bought this book because of the holiday more in the description. It was even better than I could have hoped. Charming, sweet, moving, and best of all, really funny. I probably looked like a loon laughing out loud and reading lines out loud to no one. She’s brilliant and I wish there was a sequel.

So cute!. Easy read, intriguing plot, and interesting characters.

Attachments. A wonderful read, a creative plot and great dialogue, with just the right amount of humor and sadness and it's very believable in this day of technology!

Frustratingly Good. To the point where you wanted them to just meet already but you couldn't give up on a book that was well written and witty and set up right that you expected that it was worth the wait....loved the ending and had to read the page over again to remember and then it made sense, it made so much sense for that couple. "Like pi" love should be indefinite I never looked at it that way but I respectfully agree! Thanks. Loved.Recommend. Hope for anything else!

Captivating. Reality and reverie in one

4.5 LOVED!!. I could not put this book down!!! I LOVED IT! This is the first Rainbow Rowell book I have read and it will not be the last. I knocked off half a star because the ending of the book felt a little rushed to me and not as well planned as some other details in the story. I feel like this could have been played out a little bit more. But all in all this is now one of my favorite books! Just loved it!

Amazing!. I usually am not a big fan of love stories and any type of thing like that. However, Rainbow makes the characters feel so alive as if they are a part of you're own life. I've read Fangirl, and Eleanor&Park also, and I find the books (mostly love stories which I don't like) keep having that same effect on me. I actually even cried a little at the end of Attachments. This book is a MUST READ, as are all of her books.

So Amazing. Honestly anything rainbow Rowell is amazing defiantly my favorite book from hers. This book will just have you hooked on til your over. Such a fast read, you won't be able to put it down.

Soooo good!!!. This book is so good that I had to rave about it even though I'm still halfway through the book. When first reading the synopsis I thought it may be unrelatable. But i was wrong. Its totally relatable. The email back and forth between Jennifer and Beth really make me laugh because it sounds like conversations I would have with my best friend! Ahhh i cant wait to finish the book already. Pick this up you will not be disappointed!

Good read, great time. It was nice to read, and transports you to the workplace, tho the story has blank pages and one sentence pages it is good, wish they could have explained better after they met, took too long. Good book to pass the time tho.

Attachments. First time reading this author. The fact that it’s a first novel was a surprise. Reviewers described it as a funny book. I found it a special and refreshingly different story that I was sorry to finish. Loved the characters and the fact they were so easy to identify with. Kudos to this author !

A "Grabs You and You Never Want To Let Go" kind of book.. I always browse the free section on iBooks and usually there are some entertaining books available but this one...this one doesn't belong in the free section. This one belongs in the full priced paid section and my cheap self would absolutely buy it. Amazing character development, full of laugh out loud moments, and you end the book feeling happy but depressed because you will miss the characters so much. 😜Highly recommend!

Good read. I love Lincoln! This book was great. Even though you know all along they are going to end up together, the sweetness of them is surprising... And satisfying.

Romantic Comedy Romp. Attachments by Rainbow Rowell is a charming romp between two friends who work at a newspaper and their emails to one another and narration by the company IT “spy” who falls in love with one of them. They are all savvy and articulate so the reader does wonder why they are so socially awkward but—alas!—one of the protagonists turns out to be a liberated woman after all . . . or does she? Guess you’ll have to read it to find out.

A very different novel. Found this book very disjointed & difficult to really get into. Yet, I persevered & it had just enough to keep me me from giving in to the urge to quit & move on to another book.

Kinda weird but really good. Mmkkk I don’t know what kind of Steele/titanium guts this girl has but I’m pretty sure if some really big buff dude just left a note on my desk and was like “ hey, by the way I read your emails and I think I’m in love with you....Sorry bout it..” I wouldn’t be like “ OH THATS HOT” I’d be like dad there’s a creepy guy stalking me, go get your belt and kabob skewer.” Despite this small inconvenience I did in fact enjoy the book, I liked that there wasn’t as much cheesiness to it like other romcom books, I mean eww like cheesy makes me wheezy.

Captivating. This book took ahold of me so quickly, and never let me go. I have fallen in love with love.

Fun Rom-Com. Clever, witty and fun. Romantic, but real.

One-day read. I didn't expect to enjoy this book as much as I did. So much, in fact, that I felt compelled to write a review. Maybe it's because I started my career as a newspaper copyeditor, but the characters and the situations in which they found themselves were incredibly relatable. While some aspects of the characters' personalities were stereotypical, that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. I'm still amazed at the fact that I was so able to get such a well-rounded view of the characters' lives simply from reading their emails! Much like the main character, I felt like a voyeur. But who among us isn't guilty of saying too much in an email we've sent from work? Overall, it was a well-written story that made me laugh out loud and came to a satisfying conclusion. I'm keeping this one on my "to read again" list.
