Little Red Riding Hood by The Brothers Grimm Book Summary
Little Red Riding Hood is a remarkable classic fairy tale.
In the 19th century two separate German versions were retold to Jacob Grimm and his younger brother Wilhelm Grimm, known as the Brothers Grimm, the first by Jeanette Hassenpflug (1791-1860) and the second by Marie Hassenpflug (1788ñ1856). The brothers turned the first version to the main body of the story and the second into a sequel of it.
It is about a girl called Little Red Riding Hood, after the red hooded cape or cloak she wears. The girl walks through the woods to deliver food to her sick grandmother.
A wolf wants to eat the girl but is afraid to do so in public. He approaches little red riding hood and she naively tells him where she is going. He suggests the girl pick some flowers, which she does. In the meantime, he goes to the grandmother's house and gains entry by pretending to be the girl. He swallows the grandmother whole, and waits for the girl, disguised as the grandmother.

Hm, works fine for me. all pages can be switched as expected. Nice illustrations. Whole brothers grimm series is very intresting
Does not work. It is pathetic that Apple allows books that do not work at all. The paging does not work at all. It jumps pages and its impossible to read the story. I was counting on using this for my class and 40 young learning students were dissapointed. Shame on the developer and Apple. There should be a law against this.
Does not work. I bought this book and it does not work. It will not flip off of page 4 and if you advance it from the bottom scroll the content on pg 6 is not in the right order. Do not buy this book, it was such a waste that I would even ask for my $0.99 back.
Meh. I just had to read this for a little school project so I'm wayyyy ton old for it. As a little kid I guess it would be pretty good.
