I loved it!!. I really liked this book. It talks about a lot of things in regards of this topic. In fact i was so interested that I finished it in a couple of hours!

Perfect!. This is exactly what I needed to hear for some inspiration on why I have been on the wrong side of healthy for so long even though I know deep down I want to be healthy all the fad diets in world don't give you this kind of insight.

Good read!. I gained a lot of information from this book. The battlefield is in the mind and I'm ready to cast out the evil spirits for good! I'm not sure I fully agree with the author, but I give this book 4 shining stars!

A Blessing!!. This book was such a blessing, and touched on so many topics that are important living in the world that we live in these days. Everything that I read was bible based and not sugar coated to appeal to those that don't want to hear Gods word spoken honestly. Thank you!!!!

Wow! Amazing.. This book has really had an effect on me. Whether it was with weight loss or with questioning the question towards gods will. This book taught me something important. So don't expect a book on how to lose weight, because you'll be in for a great surprise. And if this book gets boring, keep reading and ask yourself who told you.

Refreshing. I love books like this because it provides a true refreshing and renewing of the mind. I am fortunate to know and agree with many of the concepts in this book,but I believe reading provided me with one of those "uh ha" moments. There are a few grammar and sentence structure issue but it is absolutely readable and clear.

Biblical?. He implies there was a human civilization before Adam and eve that was destroyed by the ice age and that was done in the sixth day???? Have I been missing something for all of my Christian life?? Page 23 -25 of this book.

Awesome book!. I really thought I was going to read a few pages and put it down. I was so surprised. It kept my interest from the beginning and now I’m using the phrase, Who told you……?” Love it. Thanks for this little tool that I’m going to read multiple times to keep it in my brain.

Just a comment. Man is not in bondage for lack of knowledge ,man ate from the tree of knowledge that is y man is in bondage.good sales pitch though.

Stolen Title. There should be some major copyright issues with this as the title is a quote and entire stand up performance I believe by comedian Gabriel Iglesias. Also my God loves all his children, including fat folks!

Weight. Excellent reading... Melissa K Mitchell

Poorly written. The book advises the reader to discern the spirits, but it never discusses how to recognize the voice of God. The books asserts that Satan, being very intelligent, will mimic the voice of God to deceive and then falls very short in giving strategy on how to parse through in order to find God. I would not recommend this book to a new Christian nor would I recommend it to a person needing to lose weight.

This book. So I liked it and it opened my mind but the title is wrong it needs a different title cause the title does not match the written word.

The cult strikes again. This isn't from God if someone has to lie about the title and what's contained inside. Sounds like many different religions and cult practices behind this.

Amazing!!. Such an amazing eye-opener. Since I started reading, I have found myself talking about it with friends and family. To me, this book is the definition of BREAK EVERY CHAIN!

Love to be free. This is the second of these books I have read. I love the straight shooting that's in them. Once you know something you can't unknow it. So if you aren't ready to make a change then just keep doing what your doing. If you want something more then take a look.

Waste of time. Rather than dealing with weight issues. The author goes on a rampage, feeding you with their interpretation of the bible. :(

Basic, disappointing and unhelpful. I was hoping for some real inspiration, sound Biblical insight and scripture to strengthen us in our battle to lose weight. What I got was a very basic and over- explained description of how unhealthy weight is based in sinful giving in to temptation and that Satan plants the calorie-laden ideas in our heads sometimes. Does it matter if the temptation was put there deliberately? What we need are the tools to say No.
