Love!!!!!!!!💛💛. I read this book in school and was a little worried that it was going to be boring, but it was amazing!! It is a very real life example of how good God is! It was a great read and I could not put it down!!

Amazing Story. This is one of the most inspiring stories of faith that I have ever read. This book will break your heart, but give you joy as well. Corrie Ten Boom and her family’s story will continue to inspire through this wonderful book. Definitely worth a read!

Amazing story. This is an amazing book. It will totally change your perspective on suffering for Christ, what it means to love your enemies and how to be thankful in all circumstances. No matter how dark it gets, the light of Jesus shines brighter.

class. i had to read this book in my Lit class and was kinda scared because my teacher has absolutely no taste in anything. but as I got into it i couldn't put it down this book is amazing and highly insparational I highly reccomend it. great book it made me cry.

Religious. Sympathy. Love.. I’m one of those people that cry during movies and books, I cried during this book. Corrie Ten Boom was just explaining how peaceful Bestie looked when she was with her Heavenly Father and I just lost it. It was kind of slow in the beginning but towards the middle it gets interesting and intriguing.

life changing!!. if you want to learn more about ww2... this is the book for you! i read this all in one sitting and i loved it!!! i laughed, i cried.... i mostly cried. this book is so well written and it really puts things into perspective for what people in ww2 had to go through!

Forgotten reminder. We are so spoiled in today's world. I only realized how much that was true after reading this book. Wow. I recommend everyone read this and get this same understanding of how blessed we already are today.

The Hiding Place. A very inspirational book! At the loss of my Mother and an awful betrayal of a close friend - this book brought to light the true meaning of God's love and how to get through the trials both good and bad in life.

Best book I have ever read!. It's not very often that the words of a book reach out and grabs your soul. You feel every emotion and every pain Corie feels, and are transported to war torn Holland. Read this book and then when you are transformed by it like I have been, but some and give them away as gifts.

Engaging but sad. I could not put this book down once I got past her younger years. This book definitely makes you feel privileged because of all the hardship described. History must not be forgotten. It is heavy on the heart, though, so be prepared.

Just what I needed.. I for one hate sponsored post or suggestions on Facebook because they never serve interest. Till a description about Corrie’s life and triumphs came across my screen. Down the rabbit whole I went researching her and finding her book, reading reviews all gushing about her and especially her faith. One of the best choices I made to read her work. I will admit, I found myself wiping tears multiple times as I could not understand her unwavering strength. Her whole viewpoint has allowed me to see a different side all the amazing things God actually does and that no matter how tough the journey was, she ultimately knew he had a greater plan for her and truly has a greater plan for all of his children, if only we could just stop and listen to his word.

Life changing. Gives a new perspective on suffering and how to love one's enemies. Must read.

Awesome. This book really makes you reflect on your own life and how the difficulties of your own life now don't even compare to what happened in the Holocaust. This book changed my life and my paradigm to life and I loved this book. Thank you God for all the great authors to tell of your precious people's story.

The Hiding Place by Corrie ten Boom. I read this book decades ago as a 10th grader. It made such an impact on my life then and still does. I have read it many times since and have recommended it to many friends. If you are going through a dark time in your life, or if you have ever gone through a dark time, this book can help you see past the pain and see God's unconditional love. I hope you bless yourself and take the time it read this and for the lessons to sink into your heart and sooth your pain. There is no doubt that God loves you!

The Hiding Place by Corrie ten Boom. My favorite book ever after the Holy Scriptures! It helps me to be a better Christian. I want to reread it many times over my life to remind me that faith and forgiveness and love are the only path to God, through the atonement and teachings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The entire ten Boom family inspires me! I love them all and look forward to talking with them one day when I go "home".

A fantastic read!!!. This book was one of the best books I have ever read about WWII. Such an inspiring story and a direct look into the gruesome war.

Inspiring read. I read this first as a young teenager and just read it again now in one day. A powerful, inspiring, and challenging story - impossible to put down or forget.

Too real, well written. I have read many fiction books set in this time period or events, none of them bothered me. This book, so very well written, draws me along like a good fiction story. But every so often I would stop and catch my breath and dry my tears, because this story is real. It is a real person who lived through real events with real spiritual lessons and revelations. As I am not a very good reader (quick reader), I found it startling to have finished the book in only four days. But the lessons learned and inspiration gleaned from this book will stay for a long time. As I drew closer to the end, I found myself asking what God would have me, in my feeble life, do for Him. I pray that this book will affect you the same way. Be blessed. Be a blessing.

Amazing woman!. This was such an inspirational and sad testament of mankind. Corrie ten Boom and her family are an excellent example of how God works in our lives at ALL times! Their story of sharing scripture during imprisonment in a Nazi cap is so touching and encouraging. I would recumbent this book to anyone.

Life Lessons. I've read this 3 times, and now I'm purchasing a copy for my iPad. I was 22, a new Christian, and from a dysfunctional alcoholic home life. My first read I cried over the injustice and fear Germany brought to Europe . 10 years later I wept for the love and support of the ten Boom family. Family love & support I wish I'd had. The amazing Papa ten Boom who raised these faithful children. For this story is not just about Corrie, but her heroine sister Betsy, & her brother, and every member of the ten Boom family. My 3rd reading I'd seen Corrie on the 700 Club. ( can still be seen in the archives) Over the years Corrie's honest self evaluation and wisdom have guided my decisions. Many times when caregiving felt overwhelming, I recalled Corrie cleaning the bathroom for a houseful of strangers. Corrie's purse and what happened with it that fateful day, reminds me how little control we truly have. I believe if you read this book, God will meet you right where you need Him. Today, it may feel like you're reading another WWII story, but I promise you, you are not. The Hiding Place will leave you richer for years to come. God protect and bless all who read this story of Your protection and blessing. amen

Gods fingerprints. I could not stop reading this book, I took it to work and read it between seeing patients, I hadn’t sleep hardly I got 2 days between work and reading, I wasn’t tired. I was inspired by how Gods fingerprints guided Corrie Ten Boom through her life and work. Miracles of fleas and misery that lifted up the life’s of those enduring unimaginable horrors into Gods comforting Love.

Amazing Story. This book has me hooked. I loved that she kept strong and trusted God. This was one of the few books I chose to read for school that I actually liked. No, not like. I loved it!! This book taught me a lot about people suffering and about trusting in the Lord. Very inspiring.

Inspirational story. What an amazing journey! Knowing members of our family who also worked for the resistance in holland this was a very interesting read & gave insight to the sheer hell these people lived with. You can't truly envisage what it must have been like but this book helps to understand the fear they faced every day. There were also moments of joy & happiness these people experienced as well. The joy they could find in the smallest things is something we could all learn to appreciate. I loved the book & what an amazing woman corrie must have been (& all her family). Well worth reading.

Trust me, read this amazing story.. This story is very captivating as it’s storyline brings happiness in the glorious days before the invasion, right through to all what Corrie had to endure during World War II. It amazes me that Corrie never gave up hope even at the darkest of her darkest hours. If you want to walk a mile and someone else’s shoes, you should try this pair.
