Political Humor at it's best. This book is incredibly funny if you watch the show you'll remember all of these funny and intellectually written "rules" the only disappointment is there is not anything really new that I haven't heard on the show, but the book doesn't disappoint I can still remember sitting in school reading on my iPad during class and randomly laughing disturbing the class.

A-Z Classics. Mr. Maher, thank you for this a A-Z review of the top new rules throughout the last few years. I have been watching faithfully every Friday night well more that 13 years and this book truly relive some amazing belly laughs. A fast read and even has a lot of photos. Very recommended for an enjoyable read!

Thanks Bill!. I'm a huge fan of Bill Maher and miss him terribly when he takes his winter break from HBO. His book helped me keep my sanity in his absence! Laugh out loud funny.

Good read. Although if you're a fan of the show you've already heard a lot of this before, the book is put together well and it is a good read. I'd prefer something new for my dime, but as a fan I'm happy to read him and support his work.

NEW RULE. This book is not recommended for conservative bureaucrats that have no sense of humor. Or for the most part, conservative morons like Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh. Then again, who are you kidding, Donald Trump is trying to teach me how to save money from an audio book when his companies have gone through bankruptcy three times. But then again, who's counting. Extremely entertaining. Love it!

Really?. Seems he is really the one hiding under a rock with the stuff he puts in this book. Take it for what it is - an attack on the right while he believes the left can do no wrong….. His insulting behavior has no end - maybe he thinks we are all idiots with no opinions ourselves, except for what he wants us to believe?

New Rules is the Rule, not the exception. If you enjoy Bill's HBO show and more specifically the New Rules segments you'll thoroughly enjoy this book. A great collection of the best New Rules and Rants from Real Time. It's a great easy read that you can pick up anytime and enjoy. Very funny. I love this book. I read it while riding the train to work and because Bill Maher is so brilliantly funny, I find my self giggling and laughing (but try to hold it in) and people in the train look at me me like I'm crazy...hehe.

Not what I thought. I honestly thought this would be more of a book with new thoughts instead of a repeat of his favorite new rules. I did enjoy it and had some good laughs and used some of them in my arguments when talking politics

He and his writers never cease to maze me that he can actually blend intellectualism and comedy, make it relevant and truthful and have half of the country first, not even understanding what he purports and second, condemn him.
