Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten.

Insightful, bold, irreverent, and raw, The Fault in Our Stars brilliantly explores the funny, thrilling, and tragic business of being alive and in love.

This book is beautiful. Not beautiful in a pretty way. It's beautiful in an utterly amazing, but at the same time heartbreaking. I can't even begin to describe how gorgeous the storytelling in this book is. It can't even be described as a book anymore. It's a masterpiece. It was a privilege to have my heart broken by you.
  • Good read about living with disease

    By L-Skins
Having worked with the chronically ill in the transplant sector, it is refreshing to read a novel that illustrates the joys and difficulties of living with a progressive illness. Written well from an adolescent (wise/with extreme depth of insight) perspective. And of course a great love story...

Read it all in one day. Thought it was about a happy love story so I read it at my cousins house. And oh boy was I wrong. The ending made me cry so hard but I couldn't make a noise since i was surrounded by people. So I just silently cried reading this majestic book.
