Bad scan. Disappointed that this copy lost all the ampersands, so "&c." appears everywhere as "c."
Ignore the Christian troll above.. I bet he never read the book. This book is not that difficult to read than I expected.
Great and really helpful.. The information aligns with the AP Biology curriculum and is a huge help. The ideas are still relevant even today. The only downside is the language of the author being stuck in the 19th century. Other than that the book is extremely easy to understand and the information remains largely indisputable to this day.
The origin of a revolution. This book is not an easy read, but it is very worthwhile. Darwin builds his argument for evolution with example after example gathered from decades of observation and scientific experimentation. At the very least, you marvel at how much Darwin was able to deduce using very basic scientific tools and the scientific method. At the most, you can read between the lines and be aware of the scientific revolution that is about to begin.
Too stupid for science? Try religion!. It all makes sense. No faith required. This book doesn't consist of magical, talking, snakes or bushes. No miracles no propaganda. Just life
Bad. His ideas are not good they take a lot of faith to believe
Knitswaiting. Good book

Great. Eye opener
Epic fail?. This is scientific fact, u say "as if" to this? Don't be so blind! Face it religion isn't needed anymore all it does is seperately people, slow down progress and start wars. Every day the case for evolution gets stronger and the case for religion weaker. Creationists are a dying breed, thank "god"
EPIC FAIL. As if...

Why under fiction?. Why is one of the most important scientific documents ever written listed in the Apple bookstore under Fiction and Literature? My single star is for this idiotic classification, not for the content of the book.
Sigh.. Darwin's writing is more attuned with literature than with science, hence the classification.
Syntax. Syntax is somewhat irritating. Whoever copied this book to a digital copy keeps switching between em-dashes (โ) and two consecutive dashes (--). I know there is nothing wrong with either, but it bugs the **** out of me.
Science NOT literature. Apple, CMON MAN!
Very disturbing. The theory of evolution is not fiction and literature. This is very backwards of Apple, a company supposedly focused on the future. Good luck. Your classifications are tainted by politics and religion!
Fiction. How can this book be placed under anything but Science and Nature? This is scandalous and offensive to scientists and naturalists. Possibly to fiction people as well!
One star. Only because you morons put it under fiction. Fix it you tools.
Why is this listed as fiction. This is science not fiction
This is science!. Not fiction and literature. Do you have creationists working for you Apple?
Fictional. This book is one of the most important contributions to science. You should classify it accordingly.
