Tasteless. To joke about the holocaust and 9/11 is beyond tasteless. A shame that someone as talented as Joan Rivers feels compelled to write hateful crap like this. Very sad.

Funny lady. Too funny

Words can't describe how funny this book this!!!. Joan Rivers is an icon! This book is hilarious!!! I VERY rarely read but since I'm such a huge fan of her and I met her in person I had to read it.

Hilarious!. This book is hilarious. I am so glad I got it, because I almost didn't because of a couple negative reviews. Anyone who gave this book a bad or negative review obviously doesn't get it. It made me laugh from cover to cover.

Terrible! Really Terrible!!. She's rude and anoyying.

Rude and disgusting.. I never liked Joan rivers in the first place, especially when I found out she insulted Anthony Hopkins (Hannibal Lecter in silence of the lambs) but I thought I would try to read it. It was nice until she started making fun of depression and saying "let Jane slit her wrists at her own house". How (pardon my French) hellishly disgusting is that?!? Self harm and depression are NOT things to be making fun of and bashing like that. I can't believe this piece of trash managed to get published. I would give it zero stars if I could. Horrible, horrible book from a horrible, horrible person.

I LOVE JOAN RIVERS. It's rare that a book can make me laugh out loud, even once. This one had me howling all the way through. Thank God for Joan Rivers, she really gets it.

Dreadful. It took me months to try and get through this book and I couldn't even finish it. It's not comedy, it's someone whining and complaining about every little thing in life. I hear enough of that on the train in the morning, I don't need to waste my time reading about it.

Save your $12.99. Do you remember the days when we borrowed books from friends or the random collection of paperbacks at a vacation home? You don't expect much besides some breezy entertainment while away for the weekend. Nothing that you would actually pay (much) for. I read the free sample and laughed out loud. Thinking this was a good sign, I bought the book and hoped the comedic cadence would continue without missing a beat. It instead went down hill quickly. The book is nothing more than a laundry list, with the same joke told over and over again. I honestly think I finished it just to justify the $$ in vain. I won't make this mistake again.

I Hate Everyone..... I hate this book. It is NOT funny. I am a big Joan Rivers fan. She is usually very funny ( even if crude or outrageous ). This book did not make me laugh once. I kept reading hoping it would get better. I was greatly disappointed. If you don' t like the sample-- don't order the book. I' ll continue to watch her on TV where she IS funny. It doesn't rate even one star.

Loved it. To some people she might be rude and annoying but you have to have a sense of humor to it all... I loved this book because shes not afraid of what comes out of her mouth and what people think of her. Sure sometimes she says stuff that is totally out there and uncalled for but thats the beauty of what she's all about. I simply loved it and this is the one book i can honestly say that i laughed out loud to, Keep it up!

Joan is too funny. This book gave me a lot of laughs and surely was just plain off the wall with what she says in this book. I highly recommend it. Even though she makes fun of everyone she still makes fun of her self also.
