It was okay.. This book was short and sweet. It gave a brief overview of anxiety. It didn't really tell me anything I didn't already know. It also had a few grammatical and punctuation errors, which bothered me. However, I did find his idea for coping with anxiety interesting.

This looks like a draft!. How did this get published? No information in it at all. Very disappointing. Are you sure you uploaded the correct version? There's only titles, no body of text. Waste of time, unless the author has the real story to upload. There's more words in my review than in the book :-( True rating:: one half star (just for the title of the book).
