Book reviewer beauty. Wow I love this book so much! It's even better than the first! The plot is just as interesting and it has a very unexpected ending. "Fairest" definitely played with my emotions, a sign of an amazing author. ❗️️WARNING🚫 ✳️Spoiler ALERT❇️: I am very amused by the ending cuz I wanted Mina to get Brody back but I guess it had to happen. At least nan and Brody are happy together.😢😓jk I REALLY hate nan now😡

Loving the Grimm spin. First off, great deal in purchasing a five book series for $16. The books cost more w each purchase, but when you consider what you're acquiring in total, it's fantastic. Love the spin on the Brothers Grimm stories. Love that a Grimm daughter is the heroine, struggling w overcoming the Story while she's also a part of it. In many ways this reads like an adventure/romance for teens mash up. Since it's written for this age group, I'm sure it's perfect! I find the little girl in me wishing she'd find her independence a little more, focus a little less on the intense romance...distance herself a bit between devastating romance encounters and focus on honing her strengths, finding comfort in her family and friends. But in this book it works since she's struggling to overcome jealousy and working the villain perspective a bit.

Fairest. I absolutely loved this book the suspension the climax everything about this book is amazing highly recommend reading the whole series 😍😍

Didn't quite make it. By the end, this installment of this multi-part story gets interesting, but in order to get there, the rest of the book was intolerable. The biggest problem is that the heroine is extremely unlikable in this book, and by the time we find out why, it's time for the even more unpleasant denouement. I think the author played her cards too close to the vest, and left us with a heroine whose actions and conversation are inexplicable and off-putting for 90% of the book. So there are a few good moments, breathtaking at the very end, and we unearth a few new facts, but most of the book is just downright unpleasant.

Awesome collection. I am not a big reader. The book has to hold my attention and this collection sure does it. I leave the book on my elliptical so I will exercise. I can't wait to see what happens next which forces me to get on it. Can't wait to start the next one. Jo :)

Fairest. Like the TV show Grimm, this series puts a new twist to the old stories and causes us to re-think the meaning of "fairy tales". Even though these are written as YA stories, the events and characters are completely engrossing and entertaining.

Fairest😍. Loved it!! This really kept me on edge I wanted to hurry and read the next page but also not wanting it to end!!! same goes for the first book was awesome can wait to read the next ones.

Fairest. Wow! The plot thickens in this second book of the series. I definitely recommend reading these books in order or you will be a little bit lost. Mina is really growing as a character and has some tough decisions to make in this book.

So good.. This book is amazing, just like the first one. It shows amazing friendships and what one friend would do for another. I read 300 pages in an hour, it’s hard to put down. I recommend this book to everybody who likes a drama-fantasy-mystery.❤️❤️❤️

Definitely Much Better Than Expected!. After reading the first book, I wasn't sure I wanted to read the 2nd book because the first book was so sad! I'm so relieved that I read it though! All of you readers out there who read the first book, know that it gets better. I personally view the the second book is better than the first, and it blew me away. So many secrets are revealed and Mina's bravery is so noticeable. Brody and Jared both play major parts in this book...

Fun Read. What a fun appropriate young adult fantasy read. The storyline is intriguing, a twist about the Grimm's and Fairytales. The plot in this book was cute and a bit predictable, still entertaining. The characters are all great, their personalities are genuine and supportive. The main lead is easy to relate to, with her teenage emotions and drama between romance and her best friend. The romance is so enduring it's hard to chose between the two admirers both have great qualities but I'm positive I've got my pick.

LOVE IT!!! <3. This book was amazing! There were so many plot twists and turns, you just HAD to keep reading. And for people saying that there are grammar errors?! Really? This book captivated me so much I couldn't even tell there were any mistakes. I recommended this to all of my friends and family (my sister) and they all loved it! My friends and I made a promise to read the third book together, because it's bound to be as great as these two! (: Thank you for making these books! Fairest. I enjoyed this book & am especially intrigued by the ending. Looking forward to the next one. I was also pleased that there were only a few errors compared to book 1 - UnEnchanted. I really like the twist on the Grimm family connection in the series. Had to chuckle about the Reaper.

Captivating. This is a great book, connects well to first one, and has a captivating story that keeps you reading, quite a few errors but a beautiful, unpredictable story and a well done to the author.

Gahhhh!!! So good!. I cannot believe (okay, maybe I can just a little) the plot twist in this book! I stopped shipping Brody and Mina once I saw what the story did and I still don't ship them! I actually don't ship her with anyone now, but I loved this story nonetheless.

Imaginative. It’s so easy to place yourself in Mina’s shoes as she continues her daunting task. I feel like our young heroine has come into her own as she gains confidence in herself. The twist and turns of the story truly are surprising and fun to read. You really must check this series out!

Loved It!!!. I loved the first book and so that means that I adored the second and in the first book I almost cried when Brody didn't remember anything. 😣

Gets better & better!!. I had to pick this book after reading Unenchanted!! I needed to know what other challenges there will be for Mina and if she overcomes them and arises to the challenges. Like the first book, this one is a page turner!! Definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat. I would definitely recommend this series to everyone I know.

Meh (again). I still think it’s meh. Personally I enjoyed it, but I enjoy just about any book. Really cliche and basically the same plot as twilight. Not impressed. If you already read the first book, this book is a must-read but if you’re just looking for a new series to try out, don’t waste your money.

Pathetic. Despite the many grammar mistakes, I liked the first book, Unenchanted. The second book however, was horrible. The grammar was even worse and the story was lacking in many scenes. I didn't even finish it because I was so unimpressed with the writing skills and I quickly lost interest.

Fairest. I thought this book was a very well written book. I thought it had a lot of romance, mystery, and adventure that I really enjoyed. I would recommend this book for +13 or for mature 11/12 Y.O.

Good but.... I hated the ending.....the best friend part was very frustrating. Although I like the Jared developments and the declaration of WAR!!! :)

A definite buy. I was bored one day and decided to look at free books. I stumbled upon the first book an was ecstatic it was free! I read the book and absolutely loved it! When i went to go get the second book it wasn't free but $3.99. I decided not to buy it but i couldn't stop thinking about the beautifully written plot and how much i wanted to see what happened next. I bought the book and six hours later i had finished reading it! I couldn't put it down! I hope everyone reads the series they are absolutely amazing! Now i must go, i would write a longer review but i just cant wait to read the next book!

Flawless. I LOVED the firs book in the series, and this one didn't disappoint. Again beautifully written. Moving and all round amazing. I loved this book!

Amazing. This was an amazing book so many twists and turns! The way the story suddenly changed when Nan and Brody kissed near the end and when there were moments between Mina and Jared! I can't wait to read the last book!!

BEST BOOK EVER (UNFORTUNATE FAIRY TALE SERIES)😀😀. Best book ever after the first one I read this I bought the book and I loved loved loved it I read unenchanted fairest and fable and soon will read reign I have read these books multiple times and couldn't put them down they were that good can't wait until July for the next book. I wish 'Teauge/Story/Jared' don't keep erasing Nan and Brodys memories and if Jared isn't one with TEAUGE anymore what would happen to Ever and JAREDS relationship? So many questions that I want to ask CHANDA HAHN but I wonder how but it is still the best book series in the world seriously if you haven't read all the books in the series then you are missing out big time a delightful book to read and I wish there are more books in this series so if CHANDA HAHN could possibly write book 6,7,8,9 that would be awesome. And will Mina find out more about the GRIM curse and when she ends the curse will she get JARED back and what will happen to TEAGUE please someone (CHANDA HAHN) answer my questions there are loads more to ask that are waiting impatiently to be answered but this is turning into a long review but be sure to read all the books in the series you won't be disappointed.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Not as good as the first book. I quite enjoyed the first book but found the lead character very unlikeable in this one. The plot was also a little tiresome so I wouldn't waste your money

Book 3?. Reading the last few sentences sent chills down my spine. I really do hope that this journey will continue! I've caught a cold and I should be sleeping, rather than reading at 1am. Mina, Jared, Nan, Brody, Ever, Charlie, Sara, Pri, Savanna and every character in this story has been added as part of my life, and I feel as if I really know them. I'm hoping that the story won't end as it is, and that it will continue and grow. Heck, I'm even hoping a movie will come out of this! A really beautifully written story, and a fantastic plot base. <3 Thank you so much for writing such a great novel, I couldn't ever think of such words to describe how good it really is!

Amazing. Wow, this is an amazing book for kids to 9-13, it has all the good qualities of a book, it has it's own original, creative idea. Reality mixed with children's classics, this is the book for me. To the friend or foe relationship with Jared or hoping for Brody back, Mina Grime/Grimm has it all! (literally)

Loved it. This is my favorite series of books yet there is only two so far. I love the magical journey taken through Mina's eyes. The ending to this one just makes me want to read more. With each book i didn't want to stop reading until I finished it and I like books that can do that as I'm not that much of a reader. Thank you Chanda for these amazing books!! A great second novel. This novel took a surprising viewpoint by making the main character a bit unlike able but it played so well into the overall theme that I could easily forgive it! I really enjoy the cross over of real world into fantasy/fey and consider this a good buy for the money. Hoping the third comes soon.

Movie. We need a movie!!

Loved it loved it loved it!!. I don't come across many stories that I become so completely engrossed in, well I do, but this one had my imagination going absolutely crazy! I'm a devoted lover of fantasy stories and this is definitely somewhere at the top of the list. It got my heart racing out of excitement with the many surprising twists and the characters were lovable through and through. I'm dying to know what happens next!!

AWSOMEEEE. This is the best book I read in my whole entire life! I doubt that any other book will be my favourite ( unless there's another unfortunate fairy tale book) And gotta love Jared 😃

Never stop reading. This book is amazing and I never wanted to stop reading it. Although I got a bit scared sometimes because it really felt like you were in the book! My iPod couldn't have enough of me!😍 I love the idea of a story curse and the ending was magnificent! Please put more books in the series and will Mina ever finish the curse so Charlie won't have to! Liked it. A great book! But the ending made me want to throw my iPod at the wall! I really hope the author makes a 3rd book, but sticks to the original love story (which is one of the main reasons why I fell in love with the book).

Expect the unexpected. Being lost in a fairy tale with a twist, taken back to you childhood memories of what you remember. This book will have you expecting one thing, taking you down a different path altogether. I love how I can relate to each of the characters and travel the journey with each of them. Extremely well written books can't wait for the next one.

Bookworm. I must admit I stumbled across UnEnchanted browsing through the store and the name captured my attention. After reading it I found myself desperate to follow the story of Mina Grimm. I fell in love with the characters, the story ( pun intended !) and the rhythmic writing styles of Chanda. Completely captivated by this series of books I can not wait for book 3 to keep me up at night :). Truly a wonderful series and brilliant writer.

Simply one of the best sequals i have ever read. In all honesty my hands go down to Chanda Hahn for writing yet another amazing sequal to her hit book series Unenchanted. The new sequal to the novel brought in more adventure, more imagination and an irresistable love story that just keeps you glued to the novel. The ending sort of leaves you hanging but i'm sure Chanda Hahn will pull through for her readers and continue her already astounding novel series. Loved loved loveddd!

I really enjoyed the twist at the end of this book. ******Warning: Spoiler alert!********** The only issue I have with this story is the heroine's lack of regard for Jared. Jared has always been there to save & protect Mina. However, Mina never seems to appreciate it & does not see that Jared is really her true love & her key to a happy ending. Frustrating!!

Love the story line. I love the sudden suspense after the climax. The beginning parts were all very predictable though.
