Waste of time. I was really hoping for closure. There was way to much sex and not enough answers or progress in the story line. Kept repeating how almost every character looked when mentioned was annoying.

So Done With You!. I can't believe I paid $10 for this junk! After waiting so long for this book to come out, I can't believe how disappointing this was. This book left me very frustrated! You can only read so many sex scenes before it becomes boring! Don't get me wrong, I enjoy reading a great sex scene, but how about having them have a conversation about what they were actually thinking! Also, I would have liked to have this book provide a little more of what he was thinking. Also, wasn't this supposed to be a trilogy? This book left you with more questions than answers. This book doesn't address any of the questions left at the end of the second book. It doesn't even address any of the problems that Gideon has with his family. I won't be waiting for the next book! I feel like I was duped! Sylvia Day has lost a reader for life!

Did I miss something?. Book three is good. Don't get me wrong. But a year later, and no books 4 and 5 like there were supposed to be. Disappointed that we may never know the end to Gideon's story. Kinda liked the series more than 50 shades, but with the neverending wait for the fourth book... wondering if i should just give up and find another story.

Sugarcraz. I never write a review about a book before reading it. I do read reviews before sometimes buying a book. Some of the reviews were harsh the way this writer is choosing to unfold this stories is in the form a mini series almost like a soap. I love the story Gideon and Eva just seem to step in one problem after the next can't to see book 4.

Unnecessary. The majority of this novel was absolutely unnecessary. The Brett storyline was drawn out excessively to sell more books. This should have been the last and had ample opportunity to end it on a good note. Sadly, the author got greedy. My advice: skip it!

Buy again??. I pre ordered after reading the first book and now that it's available, I have to pay again. Haven't read it yet but the comments aren't promising. Will read to see what happens but I'm pretty sure I'm done with Day books after this mess. Have fun with my extra 2.99. Maybe you should consider buying a calendar.

So good. The gap in release dates between the novels are ridiculous. I want more of Eva and Gideon now!!! Hurry up with the 4th book!!!!

Is there going to be more?. I enjoyed all 3 of the Crossfire Trilogy books. When I read Entwined with You I took my time. I didn't want it to end, Ava and Gideon are the it couple. When is the next book or books coming out. I hope it's soon. Sylvia Day you leave a reader wanting more. I've read all of your previous books and Ava and Gideon will stand the test of time.

Crossfire Series. Avoid this series for now. A number of fans (myself included) are disappointed with the delayed release of the next installment(s). It's been a year and no release date is available for book 4 or 5. Reading this series now has left me upset and frustrated. Fans have contacted both the publisher & author for answers but only receive poor and harsh treatment. The series thus far is good. Book 3 was o.k. mostly just a filler. Starting the series now will just leave you hanging. This is the first series I've read by Day and as a new reader I am disappointed with the treatment being displayed towards readers with regards to delay & response. Wait for completion while your at it hold off for a cheaper rate.

Terrible Relationship, horrible storyline. I enjoyed the first two books, but this isn't the end of the story of Eva and Gideon. The story is drawn out in this book - and I've read there are two more books in this series (think more money for author) and I'm not sure what else could possibly happen. Now, my biggest complaint with this book is that this relationship gets deep into a red-flag situation. I am concerned that women reading this crap would find this relationship endearing or romantic. The way Gideon and Eva progress, or rather, regress, is something I hope no real woman reader finds acceptable. (Warning-spoilers coming..) Gideon is a stalker, possessive, and winds up a killer. Eva, billed as a smart young woman, loses herself to become a whiny, needy, accessory to him. She loses her ability to function without him. This is a bad situation, not romantic. Terrible relationship. On the same topic train, the sex scenes are present on every other page (not sexy-they are tired scenes) and the conditions for the sex are so unhealthy. I got so sick of reading these scenes that I actually started getting mad and skipping them. There were so many times I rolled my eyes so hard I had to put this book down and walk away. I can't, or won't read any more of this nonsense. I recommend you don't waste your time or money either.

Ummmmm. I’m actually a bit confused, this book started out great & somewhere along the lines it became a complete snooze fest & to think there are 2 more books??? It’s being draw out IMO. I honestly am at a loss for words. There’s so much I don’t understand in their relationship, it’s 100% NOT HEALTHY & I hope nobody thinks they are “goals”. I was really taken aback especially by the airplane scene on the way to the island. There’s a lot I don’t understand around some of the sex scenes based on the sexual trauma we know they both went through. I don’t think their relationship progressed in this book. Idk idk idk if I wanna spend the money on the next 2 book or listen to the reviews & just end it here even though I do want to know how it ends..

Love but geez...talk about reading blue balls!. Love the trilogy, but I can't believe how the third book ended! Spoiler Alert --- nothing gets resolved! Wouldn't be such a big deal if the 4th book was available but man, I feel like I was just left hanging on the edge of my seat. Hoping for the next book...I feel like this "trilogy" isn't complete and the character development is so intricate, that 3 books just wasn't enough. Still great though...but hurry up with the next one haha!! Can't wait :)

Better than Fifty.. Fifty Shades of Grey and Twilight ain't got nothing on the Crossfire Series. LOVE this collection. I'd read it a hundred times over.

Entwined with You. This book was hot with a lot of twists in the story line that made you want to keep reading. I couldn't put the book down until I had read the whole book. Can't wait to read the next one.

Busted Wad!. I waited on this book to come out for months. It's like a hard on that fizzled out and leaves you unsatisfied. If writers can't finish a series, they shouldn't start one.

Entwined in you. Loved this book! The twists and turns were great and some moments really had me at the edge of my seat. The reviews on here are mostly negative but it's not cause of the book itself it's because of the release date. I thought this was a great continuation and I cannot wait for the last two books on Eva and Gideon's journey! Must read :)

SERIOUSLY?!?. Not to echo the *thousands* of previous reviewers but.... SERIOUSLY?! I waited to sit down and read this "trilogy" only to discover it's now been labeled a 5 book series and the release date for the next book STILL hasn't been announced. While I'm all for making sure a story is told properly, Sylvia Day and her publishers should have learned from the example set by FSoG and recognized they could have milked just as much money out of us by releasing the books in quick succession rather than drawing it out over YEARS. I can't imagine yet another review like this will make much difference but a small part of me hopes SD/her publishers take the time to listen to how her readership is feeling. It's such a shame to hear formerly loyal readers are walking away after being left in the lurch for so long. I think releasing books 4 and 5 back-to-back (a la FSoG) would go a LONG way to not only secure new readers, but would appease and reward those loyal readers who have been willing to stick by this series. I can only hope SD will consider going that route. In the meantime, I will remain a loyal (albeit slightly betrayed-feeling) fan of this series.

Hooked!. I haven't read a book voluntarily in at least 10 years...so I started with the 50 shades trilogy....loved it and was told this was just as good. In so many ways this was better. The characters are so much more developed than in 50 shades. I can't wait for the next book...and I hope there are more after that. I can't get enough of the x's!!!!!!

I loved this book !. I don’t understand the bad reviews... although I am reading one after the other and suppose if I had to wait a long time in between I would have been aggravated also. It’s a continuation of love story... I wouldn’t care if it took 10 more books to tell the story. I just enjoy the read :)

Clean up, aisle Cross!. Book 3 we see Eva and Gideon finding common ground and working it out. Hallelujah! Can a sista get a freaking break? Still well written, keeps your attention, sexy, suspenseful and downright HOT. I think this is better than the 50 shades series. And I LOVE those books.

How long for next book???. I saw the deadline for next book was 12/31/13. Now nothing.. This book was great but I agree too long to have to wait for next one.

Drawn out and I'm over it!. I enjoyed the first 3 books and though I thought the sexual content was a bit much, I felt they're could've been a good love story if the series wasn't so drawn out! They're was a lot of pointless reading that could've been left out and replaced with things like....idk...an ENDING! After reading book 3 I was HIGHLY disappointed to find out they're was going to be a fourth book! I've been waiting and waiting....I'm honestly over it. I've read 20 books since finishing book 3! I don't care how it ends. The wait is ridiculous!! Horrible move by the author. I honestly, don't care to ever read another but by her. This is a deal breaker. I probably won't read the fourth book. It's been almost a year now and still no ending, not even a release date. I barely remember the storyline.

I’m enjoying this story quite a bit.. I’ve already read the whole series but I wanted to come back to the 3rd installment since it had bad reviews. You won’t get the depth of what’s really happening till you read the last book honestly. I love smut and I confess that yes I thought there was too much of it, but you learn later down the line why it’s happening and quite often, there’s a reason for it. Anyways I really fell I in love with the characters, although sometimes I felt like Eva always gave in, after a while she took charge and changed the game, honestly give it a shot you won’t regret it.

Love the series but.... I love this series and was really looking forward to this book... It was so great I just think now with book 4 & 5 it is being dragged out to much... Just wish this book had more closure. 1 more book would have been fine but 2....

Wait till all 5 books comes out before you read. I don't know why people are comparing this to fifty shades, fifty shades is a much better written book and EL James did a much better story. But this not a bad story either but I would advice future reads to wait till all 5 books to come out or you are going to get so upset. That is why EL James did a much better job with Fifty Shades. I give it 3 stars only because the story is not over and with the way this writer is going it won't be over till maybe 2015 as she is busy writing other books as well. Why she can't finish one series at a time is beyond me

Pretty good. Overall the book is good. I've come to fall in love with the characters and can't wait for part 4. The only thing I hated was the constant mention of how hot Gideon is, I think we get the point. I liked it very much!!

Meh. Love the series, disappointed by this book. Weak compared to the first 2, very disappointed in the ending and that it wasn't as long as the others - made it feel like it was rushed to get it out. Hopefully the wait for the next ones isn't as long.

Pushed back again!. It's losing momentum the way they keep pushing back the release date! All fluff, no substance. What a waste! It could have been better. The whole story just drrraaggged!

I little disappointed. I was looking forward to read this book , how E & G were going to get back together and move on from the murder, but what we got were more questions! There were so many different stories going on I wasn't sure what to think and the book ends with more questions then answers. I feel like the focus of the story was a little lost, I would of like to know more of what's going on in G's head and now we have to wait again for the story to continue. I don't think it was necessary to stretch this into a forth book. It's a good strategy to make more money but frustrating for the readers.

Becoming a bad porno. I fell in love with Gideon and Eva in the first 2 books. Although a bit "too" complicated, there was a story line. This book was mostly hard core sex with very little story around it. I will, of course, finish the series, but I hope Sylvia Day goes back into the story and not so much all the sex they have. Yes, I understand the message she's trying to give but it's taking away from the story.

Money grab. Nothing significant happens in this book and it doesn't end. Nothing major is resolved. I still love the characters, but this book was disappointing...and I'll have to spend another $10.99 to hopefully find out what happens to them.

Sadly, a disappointment. I was really looking forward to reading this (at the time final) instalment of Gideon and Eva's romance. The first two books I read page after page - and did a re-read TWICE! That's how much I enjoyed the books. Entwined In You should have been the grande finale - that satisfaction you get when you read the final page and sigh...happy that things turned out on the character's amazing adventure and knowing you'll revisit their story again and again in the future. Sadly, this book was a page turner of the wrong kind. I found myself skipping pages more often than one should. The sex scenes were fantastic - steamy, hot, erotic, mind blowingly naughty, but it was just way, way too much! I started reading the Crossfire series because there was a story there not just sex and I found this book to be all about sex and very little to do with a good story. It reminds me of people who use the F-word when talking --- F-this and f-that and all that f-fing, f-, f-, f-. Once you get rid of the f-'s there isn't much content left. This book was not an intelligent read like the last two. Sorry Sylvia Day... And you happen to be one of my favorite authors. :(
