Mindblowing. The Sandman opened my mind up to a whole new world.

Awesome Comic!. You can tell he is highly influenced by Alan Moore's Swamp Thing, which is an awesome thing!

Simply amazing. Surpassed only by Watchmen and The Dark Knight Returns, this could be my favorite graphic novel of all-time. Grade: A+

The book of all things. Before I began reading “The Sandman”, I was hesitant and could not find any passion or love of books anymore. After speaking to a true friend one night and seeking her thoughts of many things in life, I shared my feelings of fear and doubts but she managed to amaze me as she always do by recommending Neil Gaiman - The Sandman. This book will always make you swim in a pool of emotions and thought, challenges your imagination and stimulates your brain in an amusing way. I cannot stop praising the visuals and arts as it is done perfectly. Finally when I reached the last page and got the feeling of the Sandman, I was certain how good Neil Gaiman is as a writer and a visionary. It is a journey of soul and mind.

No words describe. These books are some of the best ever...insanely deep. A must own.

Violence and Misogyny. I'm a fan of classic graphic novels from the '80s and '90s. The Sandman has great art, but Neil Gaiman is a horrible writer whose default is sadism and gore. His misogyny is obvious and shameful. The violence towards, and torture of, female charicatures is grotesque. My daughters love comics and graphic novels. But I was ashamed that they might stumble across this on my iPad. I deleted it, and Apple was kind enough to refund my money. Although it would probably only get PG-13 for blood and guts, it should be NC-17 for sexism and sadism.

Fantastic, in the purest sense of the word.. Great art and a spellbinding story unlike anything you have ever read. An extraordinary literary and artistic achievement. This is my favorite Gaiman work.

Glad to see this in large format. I have been a fan of Neil Gaiman for a long time and I am glad to read this classic graphic novel on my iPad Pro which finally gives me a large enough canvas to enjoy the exquisite graphics. It certainly lives up to its reputation. Great story and well told.

Greatest comic book series ever.. The is by far my favourite comic book series, its incredible. It seems like neil knew exactly what was going to happen from the very start of the series. Do yourself a favour and buy this, but support your local comic book stores instead of iTunes. Hardcopy is so much better.
