Self-bettering much read. 好書

Giving rather than getting. This book is about finding success by being a giver not a taker. Changed my perspective on a lot of things. I can tell you some stories on how I almost gave up on helping peopled and then I read this!

How could you not rate 5 stars?. Amazing book. Love the clarity of givers, takers, matchers and fakers. Great confirmation for givers. For those that aren’t yet, it could be life changing (if they’re open to it).

Inspirational. This book provides hope for individuals that a naturally gives that they can make it to the top without knocking others down, but can bring others along with them.

Valuable Insights. Had the opportunity to hear Dr. Grant at a Knowledge@Wharton conference and what struck me by this unassuming person is his ability to connect to the audience without all the "bravado" you usually have take part-in-parcel with the presentation - none of that was present, as he communicated with audience as a friend, wanting them to achieve their successes through understanding, rather than understanding his success (and the experience is continued in "Give and Take") - overall, a worthwhile experience from the man, and his book....

Loved it!. Excellent Read! Highly recommend. A very useful and insightful look at human interactions in the workplace and the power of shaping professional culture through acts of kindness and giving.

Outstanding Read!. Adam Grant combines great storytelling with scientific evidence that being a Giver can drive success and fulfillment. Each chapter makes you want to continue to read the one after. He also provides resources to put the principles of the book into action. One of the best books that I've read.
