👎🏼. This book isn’t anything special just generic common knowledge wasted my time downloading it

Great but not for truly advanced players. To be fair if you are fairly new to basketball this book can teach you all the basic rules and components of basketball. It can help with very basic strength training, but doesn’t provide any really advanced knowledge. To be honest most high school hoopers could read this book and learn little to nothing out of it. It falsely claims to have information for advanced players. The strength training stuff is very basic stuff that anyone could tell you(progressive overload, training your whole body, warming up and cooling down,etc). Someone whole truly understands basketball and is ACTUALLY a hooper did not write this book. And after all that I found it funny how many spelling errors there were.
