Um.... You would think after the COUNTLESS post about this saying it is downloaded but no one can pull it up SOMEONE would have fixed this by now!!!!! WTH!!!!!

Not Downloaded. I had bought it and it was downloaded. I tried to sync it to my iPod, and it said it was. I tried to pull it up and I couldn't find it. I deleted it from my computer, and it still says it's downloaded. It needs to be fixed by Monday! PS The game comes out Tuesday!

This is getting ridiculous. It has been months since this problem has been going on. This shows a lack of care for your customers who just want purchase the next chapter so they can move onto the rest of the story. So essentially you are just refusing money that people want to pay you for your product just because you are either being lazy or you just don't care.

Broken. You can't do this to us... We are a week away from launch and we can't read the latest issue of the prequel?? You need to fix TODAY

Download issue. I have the same issue I can't download it because it says I already have yet I haven't. I have closed the app turned my phone & iPad off & on and it still says I have downloaded it when I haven't. I really want to read it but I can't :/

Not the right issue.... This is actually issue #12 (which is now absent from the store). Great series, just want to be able to see what's next! Please fix ASAP. UPDATE Now that both issue 12 and 13 are out I was able to view the actual #13 after deleting it from my library. This has honestly been one of the best issues to come out so far (possibly the best). I did have to repurchase issue 12 but that's $.99 that would have been spent anyways. Just please don't let this happen again.

WHY?. The story is short and only is a couple of pages and it is one dollar!

Helpful solution. I couldn't get issue 13 either. I went to my iBooks library and hit edit, selected issue 12 and hit delete is asked if I wanted to delete or delete this copy. I chose delete this copy. When it was done issue 12 was still in my library with the iCloud icon. I clicked on issue 12 and it renown loaded to my library, still showing the issue 12 cover but when opened was issue 13. So if you'd like to read issue 13 I suggest this method. Hope it works for all of you. Enjoy

Dumb. To correct this problem. Those that want to download this you have to delete issue number 12 then you will be able to download this issue which will replace your issue 12. Then yes you do have to repay for issue 12 but the problem is fixed. Disclaimer: this is just advice from a frustrated fan do this at your own risk and expense. I just bit the bullet and did it. Make sure that issue 12 is ready to buy at the store beforehand. You can wait to see if they will address or correct this problem but I highly doubt it. This is unacceptable and if this problem happens again it will be reported to the better business bureau. It is unacceptable that I have to go to tech support and got the run around cause this problem did not want to be addressed, and be forced to buy a comic twice for it to work properly. P.s. tech support did try their best. Thank you for putting up with me I know there is only a few things you are limited to do.

Not understanding. I bought all the injustice comics so far and like everybody else it says I bought even though I haven't also it says that issue 12 is dollar when its already in my iBooks library acting like i haven't purchased that one even though I have it. Please fix this ! Game comes out Tuesday and just like everybody else I need to know the prequel !

I want to buy but can't. It says its downloaded already but is not in my library. I never even could press Buy. Please fix so I can purchase and read this issue.

I figured it out!. Try deleting iBooks, reinstall, & then download issue 1-13. Or just install it on a different device. It would not install on my iPad 2 but it is on my iPod 5. P.S. Issue 13 is great!!!!

Error. I am a big lover of the comics, but with issue 13 it says I also have downloaded it, when I haven't. Hopefully someone will fix this soon, as other I know are having the same issue. Please fix fast!

Won't Open. This issue was automatically downloaded and paid for but i cannot open it. I love these issues but I'm extremely frustrated right now that I paid for an issue I can't read!
