Amazing!!! Must Read!!!. Manny has an amazing story and has lots of wonderful information that he takes the time to share with the reader. He just doesn't give the general idea about real estate, he takes the time to go into detail about everything he talks about. He is someone who wants to help and motivate others to go out there and make money in real estate, exactly the way he did! I've learned so much about real estate from reading this book and will use his book as a tool to reach my long term goals in the industry. Doesn't matter if you are a new comer to the industry or a veteran you WILL learn a lot from this book!!!

Very inspiring and informative book !!!. I had been a real estate developer in high end residential in Southern California for the past 14 years, during the recent Great Recession I went bankrupt and didn't want to ever get back in the real estate game. After reading this book I now realize the major mistakes I made that resulted in my bankruptcy. I had said my goodbyes to real estate investing and didn't want to ever go back, but after reading the information in this book and Manny's successful tactics I'm now again inspired and motivated to get back into the game ! Manny's play book is easy to understand and just makes sense after it's all laid out in front of you. A great book, inspiring, motivating and very informative for the real estate investor ready to play the game or to get back into the game.
