City of Heavenly Fire. I love this book and I'm excited to read it again😊

Amazballs!!!!!. This book overall was 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Good read. I wish every new story didn't have to reflect homosexual themes. I think that they are becoming common to the point of cliche. That aside, I think that clare is a fantastic storyteller.

Without a doubt. This series has to be, without any doubt whatsoever, the best that I have ever read. The writing get better as she progresses, which is awesome. The plot is great, and the characters are amazing. The relationships that develop are astounding, especially between Alec and Magnus. This all being said, her Infernal Devices series is better. The plot is incredible, and the characters are even more so! She began writing Infernal Devices after she had already had some experience with writing which is one reason it is so good. Anyway, I would recommend both series in a heartbeat, but read Mortal Instruments first!

Is this the end?!. Because if it is, it was beautiful!!! Every book I've read by Clare has made me think "Cassandra Clare, you are a brilliant, imaginative woman... But whyyyyy do you do these things and make such feels?!" This book was absolutely no different. If this is the last book of The Mortal Instruments then it was a spectacular finale. I was almost disappointed that a few (minor) characters didn't get a solid plot ending, but there's an excerpt for The Dark Artifices (which I hadn't heard about yet) in the back... I think that's where we'll see that minor characters I mentioned. I never leave reviews, but I had to for this one. Brilliant!

Good end to a series. It was a pleasant end to longer series. I did enjoy how everything turned out, almost with a nice little bow :) I would like to know what Magnus was referring to in the end and how Tessa and have fit together... Maybe someday

The missing link. Having read all the other Shadowhunter books, I was gratified finally to read this one that I somehow missed along the way. It filled in many missing incidents mentioned in other books but not fully described. I may reread it again to absorb the details, as I have with the other books

Read The Entire Series. As a series finale this was superb. Entire series had engaging characters and story line to keep you reading. I highly recommend you read every book in this series in order and from beginning to end !

This is better than all the glitter in Magnus Appartment. I read this series when I was clary’s age and found myself rereading it again. The thing about fairytales is they are all true, they tell stories of hero’s and how even the most ordinary person (Simon) can be a hero too. The mortal instruments will forever hold a special spot in my heart. How I wish to hear stories of what Clary and Jaces life is like, as adults.

The whole series. The whole series was amazing! I fell in love with it!! This author is brilliant! I fell in love with the characters and i got to know them. When i got to city of lost souls i could guess the witty comebacks jace would say. I love this series so much

A much stronger effort. Despite the flaws I love the world the author has created. This story is her best effort so far. I like that she isn't afraid of the occasional happy ending.

Mortal instruments. There should be more stories about Jace Clary Izzy Simon Alec and Magnus

Great Ending. I thought this was a great ending. I love seeing the characters from The Infernal Devices. Everything tied up perfectly, a little sadness and a lot of happiness. I'm wondering if the book Magus gave Alec is the Bane Chronicles. Can't wait to read it too.

AMAZING!!!!!. This book is so good I couldn't put it down! I read it in 12 hours it was so good. Cassandra Clare wraps up the burrito of the Mortal Instruments series in this book. You won't regret buying it and reading this book. I cried at many parts of the book because of the events in this book. I know that it's a good book because I don't cry for just any book. Um I haven't read the book yet. I haven't started reading it yet because it is TOO MUCH MONEY! It's just kind of surprising that after the first books being 5 bucks to this being nearly 11 dollars. I bet this book is going to be an amazing ending and I'll write a better review when I actually read it

Absolutely loved it!!!. Perfect ending, kept me on the edge of bed! Even though it isn't over, yet it is. Everything came together. I cried and I laughed and I mourned with the characters. Just perfect!!!! On to the next chapter, can't wait!!! Thanks for these wonderful series, Cassandra!! Xoxoxo

The mortal instruments praise. I absolutely positively loved this book to the point where I couldn't stand it anymore. I finished all six books in about a month even with school and being put on restriction several times. This book is a beautifully written tragity that ends well. I hope very much for Cassandra to write another mini Sireis on life afterward and answers some of my never ending questions that don't allow me to sleep at night. It is for these reasons and manny more I applaud Cassandra BEAUTIFULLY and perfectly written set of novels of which I hope to see more of soon!😉 keep writing Cassandra

I love how Jace would do anything for Clary. It is so romantic!. I love it!

Bad. Once again when facing terrible scene they all just freeze and stare. Maybe a second but that’s all. Like the beginning at LAI 10 year old 8 year old and baby just stop and watch that most terrible scene. If not screaming they would be running. Need more realistic instincts.

City of heavenly fire. I love this series. The ending was good. I was annoyed with typos or grammar errors. Thus 4-5 stars. I look forward to the next series.

Shadowhunters. I love the series but I want more of IZZY and SIMON.

Pre-ordered, wouldn't let me download. A few months back I pre-ordered this book for about 11.99, they send me the email to download. I follow the instructions and it's telling me that I never got the book. Either I get the book I payed for OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Great ending, and yes, I cried.. The writing weaves together the past and present in a very touching way. There's still action and romance aplenty but I especially thank the author for letting us see a little bit more of the love between Tessa and Jem, and Will. I'm happy for Jace and Clary and equally happy that there will be more Herondales to come!

Perfect. I LOVE this whole series. The characters are well developed and go through emotional transformation throughout the story. I honestly can’t find one thing wrong with it. The ending was amazing. This is the perfect finale to The Mortal Instruments. I think this series is the best one in the SHADOWHUNTERS universe, and I can’t wait to see what Cassandra Clare writes next.

Cassandra Clare is great but a couple more books wouldn't be bad. I love the book but she needs to write another. I want to know what happens with sizzy, clace, and malec. Clary needs a wedding and we need to know what happens with simon and his memory.

City of Heavenly Fire. I've been reading this series for a while now and I was very concerned that the ending would not be able to live up to all of the buildup. It did. The end was perfect - but I won't write spoilers. I just feel very satisfied with how the characters finished. And though I could guess how things would end with Jace and his heavenly fire, the action sequences and anticipation was enough to enjoy the ride without it feeling drawn out. Cassandra Clare, I look forward to reading your future work involving the next generation of Shadowhunters.

Best book ever. I just finished the book and it is fabulous! I may or may not have cried and said noooooooo they can't die every time I thought someone I liked would die (most people didn't die sizzy, clace and most importantly malec are all still together and alive in the end) but the book was soo worth the wait if u haven't read it yet I suggest u do cuz u will not regret it.

A must read. This is a grip and stunning conclusion to the series. I'm not going to lie... I may have slammed the book shut and rolled up on my bed saying 'no no no no' over and over again but it was so emotionally gripping to realize the end of this series. She may torture the character a little...actually a lot... But it was an amazing book regardless. I'm really excited to see the story of Shadowhunters continue in the Dark Artifices series. Thank you Cassandra Clare for the wonderful seven years you've granted me with these characters.
