❤️❤️. After reading this book I had to re-read the whole series! Learning Roseline's back story and what happened to her changed the whole story for me! What an amazing book !!

Great book. This was a sad dark journey for roseline, and it was necessary to showcase this for her story. I wish it actually would have kept going so we could have learned about how Vladimir took her return after winning in the end. And unfortunately we don't get to know how that goes in Savage either. There were times I cried and smiled during this book, Amy Miles does an excellent job at making you feel like you are the ones with these emotions, not the characters. I really love all her books, this one was no different. So I'm looking forward to book 3. I hope it doesn't take too long to come out!

Read it first it's ok...looked into the rest of the series no longer interested.. It's not a bad book but it's also not amazing. I may have been interested in the rest of the series but when I looked into the books featuring this character I really just lost interest. I'm kind of over having earth shattering love at the drop of a hat

Amazing!!. Addicted from the first chapter!

Fane has captured my heart. I'm so happy Fane came to her rescue and helped her become the strong determined Roseline is in the arotas series. I liked Fane in the Arotas trilogy but fell in love with him in this book. Can wait to read what happens next and read how Roseline and Fane live a life in secret and i want to know what happens when Vladimir finds her.

A Very Great Book!. I have yet to read this book, but I have read the sample, and I loved it! I love how you feel as if you are experiencing it yourself, as if you are standing next to Roseline, as if you are in the book. You can feel what she feels, even the pain and fear. I love how you don't haft to read half of the book until you are interested in the book. All I haft to do is the first sentence, and after that I can't put my phone down until I finish the book. I love Amy Miles's books. They are worth reading.

Wow!. I'm now officially an Amy Miles fan. Her style is exceptional to say the least. Rose's predicament is laid out so vividly and yet written with such reverence and dignity. I simply can't wait to read the next one. Kudos!!

An amazing read. The Arotas Series remains one of my favorite series after several years. I love the characters and Miles' writing style when it comes to her plots. So when I found out there would be a prequel trilogy, I was ecstatic about learning more of Rose's past. The prequel is written to perfection and I loved reading about young Rose. Miles puts in details that might be over looked by other authors and I couldn't love her books more.

Hated it the first time love it the second time. I read it once and was really unsettled by everything but for some reason a year later I decided to give it another try. Actually really enjoyed it and enjoying the second book now. It’s definitely not light hearted in anyway and any time something good starts to happen it’s damned with something awful. Good read for sure tho

Omg amazing. Wow Amy you out did yourself on this one! What an amazing very dark read into roseline and games life's , roselines rebirth and the friendship that turns to love, not forgetting the torture roseline went thro and come out a stronger person, just wow this is my fav one out of the series and I can tell u put ur heart n soul into writing it well done Amy xx

Ok read. This was an ok read. The darkness of the storyline is right for the theme, I just found it very repetitive.

Great book. This is a great book, love it so much more than the series it prequels. Love Fane, one of my favourite characters. I even prefer to read about Vlad rather than Gabriel,he might be sick but he and Lucien are great characters.

Loved it!. I adored the Arotas trilogy and hoped to read more by Amy Miles, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this book. This definitely gives us a clear and graphic background for Roseline and Fane. I'm very excited to read the next books and wait eagerly!! I wouldn't say this is necessarily suitable for young readers as there are many triggering and graphic rape scenes. The only thing I have to admit I didn't like was repetitive language and phrases, and the "you've bewitched me, body and soul" rip off from Pride and Prejudice. Otherwise, a captivating read and still look forward to the next books; may even have to re-read Arotas afterwards x

Awesome!. This book was an awesome read eventhough it before the Arotas Trilogy. It was really captivating just like the Arotas Trilogy. I look forward to the next book in this series. I recommend all lovers of the Arotas Trilogy to read this book. It really does shed some light on Rose's life before the Arotas Trilogy. Love this book! ;)
