Disappointing. Meandering train of thoughts and uninspired characters .... Not at all what I was expecting.

Not really impressive. Parts were interesting, parts were blah. It didn't impress me but I can't say it's the worst book I've ever read. But I do feel like my money was wasted.

Good read !. I suppose some women could relate to this , if u have been in a long marriage and it’s getting ,,, boring ! It’s an interesting read and story !

Adultery. It was boring. There were many unnecessary events that seem unrelated to the main story.

Adultery is a book I highly recommend!. It was an excellent message that involved learning how to accept things, emotions and reality just the way it is.

Amazing!. Paulo Coehlo never fails! This is yet another amazing book, in which we enter the mind of a women balancing emotions & reality and not being able differentiate the two. Loved the book! Worth the read! Will read it again! ;)

Adultery. Not my favorite Coehlo novel, but an enjoyable read. As with other novels he explores human nature and the quest for fulfillment/purpose in an honest and insightful way that has a happy ending.

Compelling!. The author provides the reader an opportunity to experience a darker side of reality posing the question "is it worth it?" The novel is a thought provoking read written beautifully and leaves the reader full of emotions and soul searching. A taboo subject that is well illustrated.

Incredible!!!. This book was like reading an autobiography of my own life. Thank you for helping me understand my own emotions and putting into words what I myself could not explain. It gave me a glimpse of consequences I would have faced had I decided to go down the same path.

Very disappointing. If you are a fan of Coehlo, you'll find this style of writing very different and very disappointing in comparison to his other work. It reads like a bad Hollywood love film; predictable, unpoetic, far fetched, and lacking any real depth. I found it hard to believe that this book was authored by the same person who wrote the Alchemist. I do not recommend.
