Good read!. Love all the details about Texas!

ConLaw. The book was not only an engrossing story but also an educational adventure. It took me awhile to read because it seemed constantly to prompt me to do further research on many issues it raised, e.g., "fracking", the making of "Giant" at the Murfa sites, art and current social mores in the small Texas community, etc. It makes me want to go there and see the place myself. I can't wait to read another of this author's book.

Couldn't put it down!. This was so good on so many levels! Not only did I enjoy the story line and the characters, I learned a lot! This was my first Mark Gimenez novel. It will not be my last!

Approach it with the right attitude.... The supporting characters are caricatures of various stereotypes. The best approach in my opinion is to read this more like a light/fun comedy as opposed to a serious novel. Think “Stuart Woods”; not John Grisham. If so, it’s a good read. Witty. Balanced political agenda (he dings the left and the right), and the “Book” character is pretty well developed.

Con Law. This book is powerfully written; smart, funny, sexy. Mark Gimenez has superb talent. I'm a forever fan!!

Best legal books ever. I happened upon this wonderful writer about 3 years ago and every time I read one of his books I think it can’t get any better- until I read the next one. I know nothing about the law except what I read, so I learn something each time I read one of Mr. Gimenez’s books. If you’re a reader, this is an author to add to your list!
