Great little story. Nice love story with a little different twist

So boring!. Everything about this book is boring, the characters, the dialogue, the entire plot. I stopped halfway through.

In His Eyes. I Loved this book. I had trouble putting it down. If you had a parent that was less than adequate this is a story of moving on and becoming a better person than your parent! It also teaches the love of a human and their horses. Thanks for writing it!

Review. This was a sweet historical romance. It started off okay, but became so long winded and repetition of certain events, that I couldn’t stand to read anymore. I skipped to Chapter 18 to read the ending. The book just ended abruptly after the trial. The Epilogue gave a small summary of their life after the trail, but it would have been better to have at least a little more of their life before the book ended. I don’t recommend reading this book.

In His Eyes. What a thoroughly enjoyable book. Historically accurate and well written. I had the joy of living in Montana for awhile and it is the home of my heart. I also enjoy horse racing. I felt like I was there throughout the book. I was remembering visiting Kohr's Ranch outside while reading it.

In His Eyew. Great book!! Beautiful love story without the graphic sex many authors seem to rely on to appeal to readers. My husband and I spent a week camping at Deere Lodge several years ago and the book brought back many fond memories.

“In His Eyes” by Peggy Henderson. “In His Eyes” is set in western Montana during the mid to late 1880’s. The author describes the sights, sounds and smells of the beautiful horse ranch exquisitely. But most important is the character development that takes place in the initial chapters. The reader will love Trace & Katie and despise Katie’s self centered, hateful mother. As their love for one another quickly leads to their marriage, they must also face a horrible accusation and Katie comes through, showing her true strength of character. If the rest of the books in this series are this good, I’ll certainly quickly enjoy reading all of them. Thanks for creating such strong, memorable characters!! In His Eyes. I love Peggy Henderson's style of writing as well as her characters and storylines. In His Eyes was a sweet story about strength and determination under adverse situations. Loved it very much.

Just loved this book!. It had the right amount of romance and suspense to keep from putting it down for more than a second. It had a very good ending to it.

Awesome !. This book is so easy to read and the horse breeding topic is very new to me so I got more hook onto the story line. I like the personality of the characters. Kudos if you are reading this series.

Very well Written. I have read this series in the past and am glad to have found this series again. Good character development, just enough backstory on each, and you begin to care for these characters. Can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Not quite what I expected?. Interesting little story, some romance, some evil plotting, several deaths, a blemished heroine and a conflicted hero, along with a supporting cast and a couple of clever twists! Well done.

In his Eyes. This is a clean story with only a few "swear" words. I didn't realise what the heroine's "blemish" was until it was mentioned, & then I had to reread the chapters before for clues! I did enjoy it. A little frustrating that everyone kept thinking the hero wanted the girl for all the wrong reason. Romance, misunderstandings, suspense, murder...& of course the happy ending. I have read a sample of the next book, which I think I will enjoy even more than this book...
