He has written several books geared toward self-improvement, including The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution. Since the publication of that book ten years ago, dietary research and his own insights into the nature of weight loss have inspired him to write The 20/20 Diet Book. This book offers an approach to weight loss based on eating the right foods, performing the right exercises, and using techniques from psychology to harness control over food cravings.

Experience can't be denied. I can tell that Dr. Phil has experience in making diets that work, he is more than 10 years in the area of weight loss, and the way he approaches to being prepared to lose weight really makes it easy to follow his advice if we are ready

A waste of 3 bucks....... What I just read (and paid for!) was basically a book review. It is the "interpretation" of Dr. Phil's diet book. Save your money and put it towards the REAL book.

Amazing. This book taught me how to keep a steady diet and not go overweight. This actually works and you should read it now. If you are experiencing diet issues, this book is a good example of what you should do and not do. I recommend this.

Scam?. They use same cover design for all of their free and paid books to play tricks on the customers. Not worth at all. I just got my refund.

Definitely worth taking a look. I'm not sure why other people here are not getting the picture. I have read many different diet books and this is in the top tier of them. Its informative and easy to follow. Basically, DR. Phil doesn't just tell you what to do and what results to expect, but he goes into detail on why. For me, understanding the reason behind things makes it easier for me to motivate myself. After reading this book, I shy away from less healthy foods simply because I can envision the damage they are doing to my body, and not just because I know they are "bad".

Good. This book did well to capture the important notes of McGraw’s book by lopping off the superfluous bits and really getting down to what was important.

Dr phil's 20/20 diet. Great points and great instaread. Very encouraging and insightful. I am now ready to read the whole book and get started.

Great job of analyzing and summarizing. This book does an excellent job of summarizing the 20/20 diet by phil mcgraw. It contains all the important features of the book, essentially 'trimming off the fat'. Great analysis too.

Disappointed. The take aways basically give a summary of the book but you still need to purchase the book to have any practical value. Save your money and just purchase the full book.

Dr Phil 30/20. This was a rip off I thought I was getting the book what a rip off Dr Phil has money he shouldn't rob fat old ladies

Excellent book.. Lately I've been dieting and I have been trying things to lose weight, but I have not achieved results. I decided to read this book because I admire Dr Phil, I like his little tips that can be used to lose weight, I've been practicing and I actually I lost weight. The contents of this book is valuable.

Do NOT buy or bother. Lacks detail on the diet. I "thought" I selected the book instead of this poor and meager rendition. Don't waste your money on this.

I loved the book, very good content. Extensive knowledge. This book is great, it does not focus on only one part, sees the health and nutrition as a whole combined with exercise. The body is like a machine, and needs to be understood in all its parts. A diet is not only lose weight, it is largely about being healthy. I loved the content

WW. I thought I was purchasing the diet plan, not a book review. Very disappointed to only get a review and disappointed in Dr. Phil for charging people $3.00 for nothing.

It's not just me. I thought I was doing something wrong. I love to get the samples, it's reminds me of being in a bookstore and reading a little of the book before purchase. But this sample is a joke, and to purchase a review ❓❓❓❓ I'll go to B&N and take a look see.

Really informative and helpful!. I already finished reading this book and I just can say, it is really informative and helpful. This book covers each and every detail of the 20/20 diet. The 30 second burn burst exercises are intense! It is amazing, you really see your whole body working in those 30 seconds. This is a full instructional and detailed guide, and it also motivate you to get the body you dream... Recommended...

Where is the book???. There are no foods and no 20 day plan in this ebook. What did I just waste my money on???

Great book!. The author does a great job of highlighting the important key points in The 20/20 Diet, bringout the various points in weight loss and doing the analysis so that the readers can get a simple step by step version.
