Amazing literature. I loved this book! Very informative.
Simple & Powerful. Everything in this book is easy to understand. It's powerful exactly for that reason....what is easy to understand also makes it easy to implement. As an Executive Coach, my goal is be a catalyst for change. This is an excellent tool, both for individuals and for coaches, wanting to drive meaningful change, whether it is for personal or professional gain. Another great book by the world-famous coach, Marshall Goldsmith.
Repetitive, good points though. I feel like the whole book could be summed up in half the pages. It’s the same points packaged differently over and over again.
