Pretty easy to make recipes. Great recipes for easy low carb eating!

Worthless. Proves anyone can publish a book. Worthless read. The typo’s are bad enough but the contradictions killed me. The author obviously googled “kept diet” and became an instant amateur expert.

Really useful / great over view EASY read. pretty much the title of my review says it all. very useful in understanding keto dieting, quick easy to read and understand overview of what to do and what to expect. pretty thorough. glad i downloaded it and I read it in one day!

The KetoDiet for Weight Loss. A lot of good information easy to read and understand. Balanced ideas and suggestions as well as meal planning to get you started. More complete than I expected, covers body changes, side effects, nutrition remedies to help you understand and control them. Great book for the beginner.

It reads like a foreign book poorly translated into English. I could probably get by the poor writing but when the recipes called for items he just told us were not allowed, I called it quits!

Translated from another language?. Some general good ideas and OK recipes but the language and poor sentence structure make this a struggle to read. I gave this book the second star but some of the sentences are actually funny. I don’t even know what some of them are trying to tell me.

Has recipes with High Carb Ingredients. He uses kidney beans (110g) and pita bread (33g) in two of his recipes. NO!

Full of Lies. This book is not keto. It contains poor advice and full of lies. It recommends you consume 100 g of carbs and use canola oil. Definitely not keto! Mr Miles you should be ashamed.

Avoid this book. Not to demean Mr. Miles, but this book reads like a eighth grade book report that was banged out the night before it's due. It is rife with grammatical errors and poor sentence structure which make it difficult to read. It also has several contradictions that I was able to notice from just skimming. On top of all that, it provides a very narrow view of ketosis, not nearly enough information to make the choice and the commitment to living a ketogenic life. What information is provided depicts a quick "eat this and not that" fad diet. No one will achieve their goals with this book, and many will immediately write the entire diet off without having actually ever experienced any of the benefits of ketogenisis. It isn't even a good starting point. Please don't read this book. There are much better options that provide a clearer picture of not only the benefits, but also the commitment involved. Thank you.

Not very informational. The book felt too opinionated, like I was reading advice from a friend. Not enough details like the author suggested. I thought it needed some actual facts to make it more credible.

Do not read this to learn about Keto. After reading just a few pages it’s evident that this author has no clue what he’s talking about. The description of free range eggs being better for you because they’re, “healthier and safer for your body to consume,” is not based in fact and there is no scientific evidence to back this. I really try not to judge free books too harshly but this one is just ridiculous.

English as a second language ?. The writing in this book is atrocious.

The Keto Diet for Weight Loss. LOVED THE BOOK! Not too much information overload and a quick read so that I could start my Keto Diet asap. Only downside was the there were more than a few grammatical errors.

Keto beginner. This is a good basic guide on getting started on a keto diet. Practical but simple information with some good recipes:-)

It’s not really good. The app was saying my mom is fat and it’s no help it just makes her feel like crap. It said that she’s obese level two. Just rude It’s really stupid.

Good start but contradictions galore. It is free so I'd actually give it a 3.5. I found that the author frequently contradicts his advice (ie he says drink skim milk instead of whole but then later says to drink whole milk instead of skim. Another example is to not eat peanuts, but then he says to eat peanuts as snacks). So because of the contradictions, I'll need to check out another resource to figure out which is correct. Thanks for the free book, it just needs some polish. :)

Keto diet for weight loss. Very basic information. Easy to read.

Not free. Said it was free - then took money from my account.

So-so. Peanuts are mentioned as not included in the diet and then listed in the menu plan. Chilli has kidneys beans which are not a keto food. Style of book is pretty basic.
