Trigger Snappy (Lexi Graves Mysteries, 8) by Camilla Chafer Book Summary
When private investigator, Lexi Graves, quit her job, she never thought working freelance would be so hard. Struggling to make a name for herself as a solo investigator, she’s intrigued when a wealthy, new client claims she’s being stalked and chooses Lexi as her last hope for help.
Without any evidence, the police don’t believe Juliet Hart is being victimized, and her boyfriend and best friend are also both skeptical. Yet, Juliet is convinced she is being watched and someone is playing tricks on her. Is she simply paranoid, or is there something more sinister at play?
Initially, the case appears easy: tail the client and find out if someone else is watching her too. Yet before Lexi can make serious headway, her client is arrested for a crime she claims she didn’t commit. Now Lexi’s case collides with her boyfriend’s, her ex-boss, Solomon, putting them on opposite teams.
The more evidence Lexi finds, the more convinced she becomes that her client’s stalker is not only very real, but has nefarious motives. Way in over her head, Lexi urgently needs to find out why her client is being stalked, and by whom, before it costs Juliet not only her freedom, but everything she values and holds dear.

Lexi Graves Books. Found the first book on Book Bub and have read all eight of them! They are wonderful books. Love the story line, love the characters and how they grow as the series goes on. Great. Now I'm waiting for number 9. !!!
Loved it. I love this series of books! I just wish she'd publish books quicker. The only con of this book was that I figured out who the perp was in the beginning of the book. Having said that & having looked at the end prior to reading most of the book, I thoroughly enjoyed the book! I highly recommend the entire series. I haven't read her mystery series since I'm unsure of what time of magic she's writing about.
Great!!!!. Was a little to easy to figure out " who did it ", but still love the writing style and the characters you can't get enough of. Must read series!!!!! Love it and thanks for not leaving us hanging at he end ;)
Ailuro49. Trigger Snappy, Book #8 of the Lexi Graves PI Mystery series was a 5* read in my opinion. I love the characters, how they interact, & how little Lexi is always right in the middle of the scrap, on top of heap! Very entertaining quick reads; that's why I love this writers story style & writing style. Quick, sweet & to the point, I don't have to cheat & read the last cheaper to see who & what's going to be left standing or in love! LOV it!
Loved it. I been waiting patiently for months for this book and I read it and complete in little under 3 hours !!! I love this author and this particular series of book. I love the Lexi graves story.
