Not the book I purchased. When I open IIFYM, it's some 30 day weight loss book- where is the book I purchased?

Full of recipes. I was looking to find a cookbook for losing 5-10 pounds and for a lifestyle change. This cookbook serves both purposes for me as I really like the recipes. They are easy to make and have great ingredients. Each recipe has a list of calories and information regarding nutrition such as how much protein, carbs, fats and total calories are included. I have already lost weight on this diet and look forward to more books from this author.

Complete guide to a flexible diet. I read a lot of diet books since I tend to get bored of diets, and the best way for me to stay healthy is switching around different diets. Eating all the foods you like while on a diet is really a surprising thing for me. I like the flexibility of this diet, it makes it very easy to follow and stick with. This plan allows you to eat virtually anything you want, as long as you eat it in the right amounts. It also shows the workouts so you don’t have to be wondering what to do. I found this book very informative. If you are interested in your health, this is a book to highly consider; easy to read, understand and follow.

Not the book I purchased. I purchased and downloaded the "Iifym Flexible Dieting" book, but when I open it, it is “It Starts With Food: A 30 Day Diet Plan To Reset Your Body, Lose Weight And Become A Healthier You”. It says nothing about macros or flexible dieting. Don't waste your money.
