WOW!!!. Amazing!!! From the beginning to the end, this book will make you laugh, cry, get angry, and be mournful. But I tell you it’s all SO worth it!

To be desired. I really did love the book. I mean I woke up at 430am to finish reading where I left off at 1am. The characters are fabulous. You fall in love with Evangeline and Sevin. I'm disappointed how quickly it came to an end. There was so much to the story for it to have ended as quickly as it did. So with that being said, there was much to be desired with the ending. Will I reread this book? Most definitely.

Emotional roller coaster. This story was a wild ride of emotions for me and I enjoyed every minute of it. I’m still holding out hope for a continuation of the story to see how they all got along.

So.Much.Angst. Can I give this more stars? This is one of the best stories that I've heard. I listened to this one on audio. I have never read anything with so.much.angst. It's a forbidden romance, which are my favorite stories. It's an interesting concept on arranged marriages and religious devotion. Sevin is looking to get out of the clutches of his stepmother when he is presented an opportunity to take over a family business. The catch is that he must court and subsequently marry his daughter Elle. Sevin starts his journey onto his new life when he meets a woman that captivates him. They are two peas in a pod. Then he finds out that she is Elle's sister Evangeline. Just when you think you have a handle on this story, BAM! you are thrown a curveball. I was left completely breathless at the end by this love story.

Sins of Sivan. Wow, what an amazing and heartfelt love story. I have read so many Romance novels but this story broke my heart. I recommend it but make sure you have tissue handy.

Sins of Sevin. Wow, what a amazing story. Probably one of the hardest books for me to read from Penelope Ward. It went between sweet and funny but then dark and sad but the ending was worth it all. The characters really were well developed and drew you in. I would definitely recommend this book. Sevin is one of a kind. ❤️

Penelope this book deserves a 10 star rating!!!. Wow, just wow!!! You will get the 10,🤪 star rating, when u write an epilogue!!! Please do an update ASAP!! I will be waking up and going to bed with Sevin and Evangeline for a very long time. Penelope u have a gift, your writing is so heartfelt. I need closure, it was too soon to say goodbye. Surprisingly good. It's an captivating love story for sure. You just keep reading and hoping for the best . . . Right. . . Like all fans of romantic stories. It not as expected but it's a great Love Story. I appreciate the struggle although I didn't think I would. I don't want to spoil it but I do want to say it's worth reading.

Sad sad story. Very well written but eternally sad. His name should have been Job. If you read to feel sad emotions this book would s for you. If you read to share characters happiness. Skip this one. It’s a dark book with a sad story from beginning to end.

Review: Sins of Sevin. A complete story. A standalone romance. A forbidden love story. I knew all this going in and I was still gut-wrenched, heart-broken, frustrated, happy, slack-jawed, and speechless in turns. Sevin is fighting the bonds of a devoutly religious family (read as bible bashing step-mother) and makes his escape by the way of an arranged marriage (of sorts). The bride-to-be, after all the proper courting and chaperoned time together is the daughter of his fathers friend and this arrangement is his ticket out of his own personal hell. Elle is a pretty, quiet woman with no aspirations beyond being a good wife and mother. That is he goal and more power to her. It's not about judging the dream but achieving the dream. When Sevin meets Evangeline, Elle's sister, for the first time the connection he has never felt with Elle or anyone is overpowering. It leaves him questioning, and her heartbroken when she realizes this is the intended husband of her sister. This story is complicated and deep, and I couldn't put it down. My own brief synopsis above barely covers the first tenth of the book. The characters are dimensional and flawed and Penelope has really hit it out of the park with this story. It is so different from the usual romance tales - it was refreshing. And don't get me wrong - I blog about books because I LOVE the usual romance tales too. But the occasional outlier is a gem, and Sins of Sevin is one of those gems.

Sins of Sevin. You never seize to squeeze my heart and bring tears to my eyes Penelope. Thank you for Sevin. He is a magnificent hero.

Okay to read. The book was okay. Not what I expected. There should have been a better ending for it. I thought the main character was weak. I don't know how she could give her child away. Selfish. Overall, it was alright.

Sins is Sevin. I have most of Penelope Ward's books but this one was the best. The story took me places I never expected to go and experience many conflicting emotions. My conclusion at the end of the book was that love and forgiveness does conquer all if applied to our day to day lives. The love part is easy, the forgiveness part is extremely difficult. I loved this book.

Intensely Beautiful!. The story begins with two young adults sharing a beautiful and soul seeking connection. Sevin and Evangelines story will take you on emotional rollercoaster ride. Every page of their story will hold you hostage to their love and devotion for one another, even when your sadden and hurt by the twist and turns they encounter. Bittersweet. This book took me on an emotional roller coaster. Loved Evangeline and Selvin; they were meant to be. Although, the ending was bittersweet.. not sure how to feel about it. I’ve enjoyed every book of Penelope Ward’s. This one was probably my least favourite.
