It is a good book. It was my first book from this author and I’ll be reading more books from her. I like that it’s a different kind of love.

I laughed I cried & I crave. What a wonderful recommendation?! I’m a book junkie and love to read all sorts of stories but when this author and her Calendar Girl story got pitched to me to read I was game. Oh and what a ride! From the start to the end of March I am loving Mia’s personality, her need to for her BFF & family and her quirky predicaments. And the hot guys?! Sizzling! January we meet Wes aka movie writer surfer dude; February we meet Alec aka Frenchie and in March, we meet Tony aka Italian Restauranteur. So many dynamics and lessons Mia learns from each client as she strives to save her family from ex-boyfriend loan shark, Blaine. What a fun read! Onto the next volume to sate my Mia fix, meet you there!

Great read :-). I enjoyed the start to this series and I am now moving on to the next book in this series. My only issue was in book 3 where I believe that one of the chapters was perhaps in the wrong place when Wes comes to visit. One chapter has Wes visiting Mia but then a few chapters later it has him arriving in Chicago?? Otherwise a great read!!

The start of something special. 4.5 Stars for this 3 Book Anthology. JANUARY…… The author promised me that I’d love the beginning to this new series, and she certainly didn’t lie. Many of us know what it’s like to have an overwhelming burden due to family circumstances and responsibilities that exceed all expectations. This is Mia’s reality. And while she is reluctant to embark upon a career that will ultimately consume the next year of her life, one excruciating month at a time, Mia is all about family and her obligations to do all that she can to save those she loves. What follows is a familiar scenario; business turns to pleasure where the passionate encounters with the supremely handsome and charming Wes, are set to break down her carefully constructed defenses. But having been burned by love too many times to recall, Mia will not let her heart rule her life again, and is determined to be a professional and emotionless companion. While a little piece of my heart broke at the crucial part of this story, and tissues were definitely necessary, I totally understood why Mia needed to stand her ground and claim her independence. What I’m not sure I will be able to accept as a hopeless romantic, is the possibility of Mia having the same type of physical relationships in future novellas, especially after the connection she made with Wes. FEBRUARY…… February, the second instalment of the Calendar Girl series finds Mia in Seattle with the gorgeous French artist Alec Dubois, in the role of his Muse. As Mia ventures into the second of her monthly escort assignments, she is unprepared for the emotional impact it will have on her life. Trying to push through her guilt over her departure from Wes and the loss of their unique connection; Mia is about to discover that there are many lessons to be learnt along this unusually journey. But if she leaves part of her heart behind after each and every contract, will there be anything left for herself in the end? While I struggled knowing Mia would be physically involved with her future clients after leaving Wes; I must admit, this was a great story and I’m absolutely intrigued to see how it all will end. MARCH…… This series is going to tear my heart out!! Just when I think I may be able to deal with Mia’s choices and her need for independence to resolve her family drama, Wes reappears. What a beautiful story. However, isn’t it somewhat frightening to think that a love that spanning 15 years has been kept a secret based family commitments and social reprisal? I fell in little love with Tony Fasano myself, and Mia and Wes once again proved they are meant for each other!!

Amazing. A truly amazing series that will make you laugh cry and fall in love with the characters.

Loved it. I don’t think I have ever paid more than $3.99 for a book so the fact that I bought the follow-on volumes at $12.99ea says something! I different read to the usual contemporary romance and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The only part that I wasn’t thrilled about was the hostage situation in Vol3/4. Otherwise I think the series would be a great film.
