Borderline. I like the book for its twist and turns. But I don’t like the parts when the guy gets borderline abusive when he is upset. Squeezing and pushing his woman around. I have issue with that. I especially don’t like it that she accepts it from him, but not from anyone else. She seems to have a lot of her mother in her when it comes to that area. Over all a good read tho.

Blown away again. Nox and Alex love them both , can't wait for the next installment. The steamy scenes , suspense had me captivated. Love her writing style.

Must read series. This series is just utterly amazing if you haven’t read this series yet then your missing out you must read this series it is out of this world good if I could give more than five stars I would

This book disgusted me, I couldn’t even finish.. As someone who has dealt with domestic violence I truly couldn’t believe what I was reading, or that a woman wrote this. Nox is physically abusive and the author thinks giving an insight into what he is thinking (“punishing” Alex for signing with Infidelity) makes it okay because he does care for her but needs to teach her a lesson. Then from Alex’s point of view is being hurt physically and emotionally from what he’s doing and while she’s disgusted/hurt/physically in pain let’s just make her turned on and wanting sex. There are real women in situations where a man is abusive and uses excuses of loving her so much that he NEEDS to show her a lesson so she can learn and be better for herself. The author should be ashamed for glorifying abuse this way. I couldn’t finish the book. I fear for young girls who reads this and thinks this type of toxic relationship is sexy or loving when in reality could get them killed for involving themselves with a man like Nox.

Big 5 Stars, Cunning is spellbinding!!!. An intense, extraordinary, enthralling, suspenseful and dark fiction. This novel would keep you reading and wanting more. Just like the other series of Consequences, everything you thought you knew, you didn't. This is a book that would keep you turning the pages. Need more of Nox and Alex's story!!!

Well if you're into soap operas.... I always start reading a book with the full intention to love it....I didn't with this one. I felt as if there were so many things happening, so many things coming out of left field that it started to get too crazy for my taste. If you're into exaggerated drama, you're going to love this! Honestly maybe I could've moved past it all if I loved the guy, but I didn't. I tried to, really I did. But there's only so much possessiveness and domineering one can take before it crosses the line of abuse. It didn't! But man was it close. I really felt uncomfortable with how Nox treated Alex once their "agreement" began. It wasn't cute or lovable. It didn't help either that Alex was always so eager to please Nox even after any decent person would've stopped for a minute and evaluated the situation. The writing was fine for an easy read book like this. However I could've done without the excessive changes in points of view. From Charli/Alex to Nox tô even Adelaide. It created a rocky flow to the story. Again, only my opinion but I could've gone without this book.

Mother’s POV chapters Ruined it. A great story ruined by Mom’s rambling POV. I skipped half the book.

Cunning. How Apropos. This is part 2 of the story of Nox and Alex. The labyrinth just keeps growing, tunneling, darkening and enticing. I can’t wait to read the 3rd part to see how Aleatha Romig pulls us further into the surprising “it’s a small world” twist to their story. Enjoy.

Wow!. Didn’t have to read the Book or any them …. Just fell into a bit of real reality! And…’huaaa the impact of the readers following med me want to read along … but I’ll save a place in my future for this needs fresh air and lots of Sand to take time to breath and enjoy the everything and nothing our short time on earth allows us ! Just blown away by the impact your comments seem true and authentic

Was still an exciting book to read EXCEPT...... I couldn’t help thinking Nox was a replica of Alton. Each scene painted them so similar. I had to try hard not to keep my thoughts warped. However, the storyline made it difficult to see him otherwise until the end, which made no sense. Anyway all the chapters with Adelaide was unnecessary. If we were to know some things from the past then it could have been summed up in one. The details of the abuse was already said in the first book without being said. I got the gist. It was when the book was uninteresting. Anyway outside of that the book is still has my attention and I’m hoping the third one will be as good as the very first.

Wow!!. Well I must say, the first book was slow and not enough Umph. But it was just the start to an AWESOME series. I loved the second book, just what I like. It had it all, mystery, unknowns, lots of people and families with unknown motives and history. Oh and don't forget the hot chemistry between Nox and Charli. I love it a little dark. Sometimes I was a little upset with Nox and still am but that just makes it even better. I love Charli's stubbornness but still a little unsure of herself. What will happen next??? And sooooo many lies!!!! If you love dark romance, this is the perfect book for you!

Simply Brilliant. There are moments in life where the only appropriate response is, "What... The... F***...". Ya, that "moment" WAS THIS ENTIRE BOOK! My mouth is still hanging open in complete and utter shock. I found myself sympathizing with characters I vowed to always hate. I found myself angry with characters I vowed to always love. I COULD NOT PUT THIS BOOK DOWN! I still don't know what is going to happen to these fictional people that I love and hate, but I can't wait to find out!!!

Addicted to the books. I'm so addicted to the book. I found myself reading it at red lights and at work. I can't wait to start book 3, but at this rate I'll be finished with series by Saturday. What will I do without Nox and Alex. The thought saddens me....great book

Great book. The first book in this story was good, but this next book is outstanding. The storyline is brilliant and keeps you on your toes until the very end. Please hurry up and release the next install meant, as cannot wait to find out what happens

Sold Her Soul to the Devil. Once again I have been Aleatha’d by this wonderful author. Twists and turns that will leave you reeling from all sides, and you not knowing who to believe in this intriguing read. A for sure Aleatha Romig perfectly written storyline! Who is trying to scare off Charli from dating Nox and why? There is the senate involved, three warring families and so many more factions! Will Adelaide her mother, let Alexandria down, after all this is the only true accomplishment she has ever done in life, having her wonderfully clever daughter? Rules and penalties abound in this magnificent read! I only wish I could have given far more than the 5 stars allowed for this inimitable authors Infidelity Series and one I can highly recommend. Not so sure. I'm not sure I can go the distance with this story... It's difficult to believe someone who grew up in such controlling conditions would ever let someone treat her like Nox does.... Also Nox declares he is Italian in this book..... Really with an obvious Greek name like Demetri what a Clanger from the author....

Oh my life. This story just gets better and better. So many secrets and the revelation of Bryce was just :-O The lies and deception that’s been happening with her family is insane! And I so look forward to more of Adelaide’s past and also Nox’s history with Jo
