Interesting. I give the author props bc I enjoyed her style of writing and I loved how she developed the characters. Jacob and Lily have an intense relationship from the beginning but I couldn’t get past the fact she was only 15 when this all started. Their relationship has chemistry from the beginning but it was to weird for me knowing he was well in his 20s and her brothers best friend. It’s like crossing a line being so young and vulnerable bc he watched her grow up. Not to mention he’s super possessive. He claimed her as his when she was only 16 years old .. that’s weird. Overall I liked the author but I didn’t love the story.

Must Read. M has out done herslef with Forbid Me. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review! M. Robinson broke my heart with this book OMG I freaking loved this book. This is the story of Jacob and Lily. This book is all consuming and destructive and intense. I did not want to put it down, I was frustrated when I had to go a day with out reading it. It can be read in one sitting it just didn't work that way for me, which was ok because I didn't want the story to end. To be honest I didn't want to not have Jacob in my life. This book consumed me, and I loved every moment of it, I freakin love Jacob.. I need more of him Lily is Lucas's babysister. If you have read Complicate me you know who I'm talking about. If you haven't well why the hell not. Jacob is one of the Gool 'Ol Boys he is best friends with Lucas. He is my favorite of the good ol' boys. I dont see this changing. There is a complicated relationship between Lily and Jacob..besides who the best friend and brother is. They are 7 years apart. This story is told by both Jacob and Lily and is both is past and present. I usually am not a fan of that but M. Robinson wrote it in a way that it made sense and didn't pull you out of the story at all. There are parts of this book that are so heartbreaking. The story is told in such a way that you are right there with the characters. You feel what they feel. You will cry when they cry, laugh when they do at times, and your heart will break. Well Done M. I am waiting for the next book in the series.. and you could always write a novella or novel about Jacob and Lily in the future.. Your readers wouldnt mind one bit. Can you tell I am so not ready to let go of these characters.

A whirlwind of a tornado you can't help being sucked in!. Wow could this book be anymore AMAZING!!! This maybe the best book I read in a long time!!! I am obsessed with M Robinson books but this surpasses them all by a landslide!! I. Could. Not. Put. It. Down. LITERALLY!!! This series just keeps getting better and better! Jacob and Lily! LOVE them!! The depth of the feeling and emotions they had were surreal. They were sooo real and relatable! I felt every feeling and emotion they had. It was intense, powerful, full of angst, captivating, intrigued, funny, and sad. Each one giving you the feels. Sooo many points in this book I would stop and think wow this book can't get any better and honestly it did! It was gripping, compelling, and pulled at your heartstrings!! Literally AMAZING for lack of a better word. Lily she is sooo funny, stubborn, determined, beautiful, but young. She changed and grows tremendously throughout the book!! Parts of this book I literally felt the same way. It made her easily relatable. I made connections between my life and this story. Which to me only adds to how great this book truly is. She is 7 years younger then her brother Lucas's best friend Jacob. One of the Good Ol' Boys who she grew up surrounded by but, too young to be apart of the group. Jacob is alpha male, domineering, sexy, funny, and always trying to do the right thing. Torn between what's right and wrong. Being pulled and pushed back and forth. How such pain can they both go through and be put through before they make it? Or do you cut your losses and protect yourself?! This book is a whirlwind of a tornado that you can't help being sucked into.

Liked the story but. The storyline was good but I didn’t like at all how it jumped around to then and now, back and forth for much of the story. The characters were good and the story was good, but it would have been more effective and better to follow written sequentially. The way it was written was respective and also left parts out it seemed.

Amazing!. All I can saw is wow. I felt like I was there with Jacob and Lily the whole time. A wonder book. Can’t wait to read more!!!

M never fails to get the reader drawn in and wanting more. I think that M has out done her self. I love the depth of the characters and the emotions that she is able to evoke. I laughed, cried, yelled and jumped up with excitement. Every time she writes she blows me away every time. I love Jacob and his alpha ways with his sense of morals to try to do the right thing. Lily's sassy side, and persistence to get her ways in what every she decides. While continuing with the story of Complicate Me, with just another layer of Yummy! Like every time I read one of M's books she amazes me. She never writes a book that leaves you feeling disappointed. She is full of surprises. This book is full of love, angst, laughter and the times I just wanted to jump through my kindle and ring their necks. I love this book and the series and can't wait to see what is next.

Loved every drama filled, melt your heart moment. You go girl! Lily gives you something to cheer about as she sticks to her convictions and pushing all of Jacob’s buttons. She has loved him forever but their 6 year age difference and her being his best friend’s little sister have kept him away from Lily. As she faces some of the toughest situations in her life, Jacob always resurfaces to lean on but then he commits the ultimate betrayal and walks away. Jacob is living a shell of a life, he wants Lily but has always let outside issues come between them. When he finally comes to his senses, Lily forces him to pull out all the stops to be back in her life. Along the way we stay in touch with the whole good ol’ boy crew. This is a crazy drama filled, melt your heart, and grab your tissue ride that you won’t want to put down. Loved every minute!

Now I've finished Forbid me, I love him! He apologised for his actions and I forgive him. Poor Jacob, I felt his turmoil, I felt all of Lily's pain. Beautifully written with a heart wrenching storyline, I love this series and can't wait for next book. And Dylan???
