Well Written!. Sweet story, worthy main characters and I enjoyed their story.

Love brings two people together. A woman has given up her life to help her parents as they each pass away. Six years of existing for them has left her without much motivation to move on with her life. She receives an odd proposal, too good to be true, and with a desire to find her way, she accepts. As Julie and Eric spend more time together, they find that there is more to their lives. They help each other look at life a different way. I could not stop reading this story and highly recommend it.

Slow. I usually really like Noelle Adams' stories. The description of this had so much going for it such as billionaire ex-NFL player, playboy, hiring a beautiful intelligent, caring woman to care for him, for a million-dollar affair, but the connection didn't have that spark and it was slow moving for me. It is well written but the characters are some what lackluster and a bit boring. I yearned for this story to get steamy and although there was some steam the beauty of it was always ruined by the characters insecurities almost through this entire story. The ending was good but I wished there would have been more of a connection in the romance and love departments. Received a complimentary copy through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Sweet Story. Fooling Around is about a girl who sacrifices so much of herself to take care of her sick parents for six years. She finds herself at the hospital, mom just passed and her dad already gone,she is at a loss as to what to do next. In comes Eric, arrogant, grumpy and temporarily wheelchair bound due to a skiing accident. He's not handling the confinement so well with all the hovering of his nurse and PA when he gets stuck in an elevator with Julie. In just the short minutes they are stuck, she has managed to handle his moods and comfort so well that he has his PA hunt her down to offer her a job as his caretaker until he's back on his feet. With the money Eric offers her, she can't refuse. This is where the story gets a bit predictable. He falls in love with the unassuming girl he never would have looked twice at and she falls hard to tame his arrogance and brings happiness to his life he didn't realize he was missing. Throw in a daughter who may have a terminal illness and you get a sweet, slightly emotional story that warms your heart. This was a low angst, sweet romance book. Finding Love When You Least Expect. I really enjoyed this book of finding love when you least expect it. Great chemistry between the characters, and they both grew so much. Julie, has been taken care of both her parents for the last six months, basically has put her life on hold when she meets Eric on the hospital elevator. He is very rich and has been injured, now in a wheelchair for the next three moths. He has chased off many care givers for his rude behavior. He now offers, a million dollars to Julie to help him for the next three months. Wow, what a million dollars won't do. Soon there is a mutual chemistry between the two, but can they put aside their feelings since he is her boss.

A Fun story. I've read quite a few of Noelle Adams books before and this one follows the same path. This story is about Julie who has put her life on hold to care for her ailing parents. When she meets Eric in the elevator, she has no idea her life is about to change. Eric is tired of everyone coddling him and driving him crazy. When he notices Julie's calm and caring manner in the elevator he knows he has to get her to agree to help him out. He is unable to take care of himself for 3 months and Julie seems like the perfect person to help him out. The story addresses issues such as commitment and running when things get rough, frustrations, daydreams, and reality. This was a great story.
