So self-promotional throughout, it was was exhausting. This is based on other tried and true books about finding purpose, pride and fulfillment but SINEK laces every other line with ways to enhance ancillary revenue streams (workshops, partners’ books, retreats, etc.) not to mention sell more copies of Start With Why. If it weren’t for all the self-promos it would have been a better book.
Good for team why. More about the why if the team Vs identifying your personal why(except at the beginning).
