Sweet and funny. I’ve been on an alien kick lately. I’d actually never read anything by this author before so I’m not sure if this is fairly representative of her work. It’s an easy read and a cute story. It’s kind of funny and kind of sweet. Novella length, 0/5 spice level, it’s a clean read. Or a fan of clean reads but this story was short and sweet. Mr. Serious finds love…. Through these three interwoven stories Blaze or Sev has been the watchdog. He didn’t want to come to Earth, he’s ready to grab his brother and cousin and go home. Until he meets Cynthia. Cynthia is a surprise, more than once. This fast paced short read give us a satisfying wrap up of the overarching storyline and a funny sweet romance. Not my favorite but ok. My expectations were too high, but I think this was the perfect story for Blaze (Zev). Kal and Vin’s stories were hilarious. Fitting their respective personalities. Zev was the extremely responsible one. The protector of everyone. This is a good ending to the series. HEA all around. Enjoy.

Only slightly disappointed. I love the Quirlixen series && really wanted to love this book. Don’t hate it, I like it. All the books can be read as standalone but I ended up getting this one in middle of this particular stage of the series….. is it the reason?? not sure. Plan on reading the other two just to see. The alien meets his life on earth. Michelle him. Pillow is one of my favorite authors. I love how she brings new ideas to the idea of space travel. Sev was protective of his brother and cousin. He has made it a point to protect him ever since his parents died. And it’s not just them but their whole planet. When Cal Tricked Sev and Vin to go to earth as grooms looking for brides he went along to protect his brother. He did not expect to find Cynthia. She was from Sev’s home world but was raised on Earth. When she was told to find out about galaxy brides for her bosses so she did not expect the fall for her mark. Sev was very protective of her and helped her when he found out about her. This book was very hard to put down. Blaze. Super thrilling read and very exciting. Characters were outstanding and the storyline too. It had everything you could possibly want

Great escapism. Another fun story about the cousins who come to earth from the galactic mines for some excitement. They are like children as they manoeuvre their way around the strange customs of Earth. Their misinterpretation of the English language and customs is hilarious and make for a totally enjoyable read.
